I don't understand the negative reviews recently posted. We spent 3 nights here while visiting family in the area and it was a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Staff was pleasant and very helpful. They met every request that we had. The complimentary breakfast was varied, hot and hearty. Will stay again when in the area!

I would not stay here again. In the pool area you are NOT allowed to even have a bottle of water. What an awful rule as you try to soak in the hot tub and the staff literally yells at you as if you are an elementary student. No explanation...just get all liquids out of here now! The room was in rough shape also. Stained dirty carpet, all the walls are stuffed up, tub was so warn and creaky as you step around. Very warn and outdated everywhere. The breakfast area was a complete mess! Food all over the counters and floor, sticky unclean tables. Lack of attention to detail. I stayed multi days...but was woken up each morning by housekeeping knocking at my door...and hallway vacuuming at 8 AM isn't very pleasant. This facility is not worth the price at all. They are not respectful of your time, relaxation or rest, it's a mess, and the no food & drink rule in the pool area is simply insane. Stay next door or literally anywhere else!

Hotel is about what you would expect for the price, but the bed was very hard and the pillows were not good at all. The overall condition of the hotel is slightly rundown, it could use some upkeep. The staff was efficient and friendly.

Front desk was thoughtful at check in. Hotel was installing new cameras and moved my room to avoid any problems with noise from workers.

The room size was good but stains and rips on carpet and white patches on brown walls were unpleasant. Bed was comfortable but sofa seating was horrible. Table and chairs were rickety.

We booked for a staycation with our kids. We mainly booked to swim in the pool/hot tub. The pool was freezing and the hot tub was too warm for comfort. The jets in the hot tub didn’t work, and another guest said it was an improvement from the last time he was there when it was out of order.
The room was ok. There were a couple stains on the carpet and when you sat on the edge of the bed, the other corner popped up. The temperature in the room was also freezing. It took several hours to warm up.
