Unfortunately,this was not the stay we expected. The breakfast was a lot more limited than we thought. The pool area was completely shut down. We often look forward to that in amenities as we come with a kids hockey team. Several of the rooms did not appear to be cleaned properly, if at all. The keys were difficult to use on room doors. The smell of the rooms were musty and smelt of cigarette. There was left over food in the fridge and previous guests belongings , in many of our rooms. We did not see cleaning staff once in our 3 night stay. Bathrooms had hair and mirrors were not cleaned. The shower didn’t drain effectively. We did mention this all to the staff and they said so sorry , but did nothing to improve the situation. We had no other options so we had to stay .Staff was friendly, as we were able to use the common area as a group.

The hotel is very old. Stayed for 6 days and had no housekeeping service even when requested. Breakfast was poor with limited selection of cereal, white toast and stale bagels. Smelled pot smoke in the halls. Common areas were dirty.

2 broken windows front of bldg, curtain rod for shower half pulled out of wall, standing in 3 inches water after just quick shower. Pool closed for maintenance. Noise from hallway almost all night. DO NOT STAY HERE...

Disappointed that pool and spa were closed and appeared to have been for quite some time. Would have booked our stay somewhere else if this had been disclosed.

If I could give this hotel a negative rating it would be -5. Upon entering the booked room I see that there are no comforters on either bed; just a flat sheet and the fridge is unplugged. Went to ask for comforters since there were none in the room and the guy working the desk was in disbelief, apologized and handed me one for each bed. Both comforters had cigarette burns in them and one was big enough to fit a twin size bed, not a queen. Plugged the fridge in since I had brought food with for dinner, hours later, not working. Ended up taking what I didn't eat to the front desk later that night to ask if they had a garbage somewhere that I could throw it away since the fridge in the room didn't work. Her response? "Oh, really? I can throw it away for you but there's a garage at the end of the hall." Next up,,a woman next door ripping whomever she was with a new one at 12:30-1 AM this morning. "Eat your d*mn food, I don't f'n believe this, eat!" Wow.. Needless to say I will not stay at this hotel ever again. Not worth what it costs especially when you're up till the middle of the night from someone having an angry melt down in the middle of the night.
