Nice motel, clean, large rooms, good service. Nice grounds.
Pool seems to be extremely salty, but clean.
Very noisy from trucks going past
A shame the restaurant is open, but if you can't get staff it's a bit difficult

turned out to be a really great choice, big room and very spacious bathroom, pool was also amazing. Very friendly staff. will be staying there again if we are in town. i have to use 200 characters for this review, great great great and again great

One night stopover, room very, very close to the highway and traffic noise during the night was constant from large trucks passing through town resulting in lack of sleep. Sign in reception stated that wifi wasn't available, no explanation given, not good enough when guests have chosen a stay based on facilities advertised. Very strong smell of air freshener, perhaps to attempt to counteract mouldy smell from drains in bathroom..

On arrival we were very disappointed to find out that the restaurant is currently closed. One of the main reasons we booked Amber Court was because it's so convenient to enjoy onsite dining for both dinner and breakfast. The advertising for the Motor Inn facilities needs to be updated. The grounds appear to be very untidy and neglected and the gardens are overgrown, which detracts from what could be a very appealing setting. Our bed was comfy but extra pillow options would have made a huge difference. We booked an Executive Suite and although you can see an effort has been made to provide a comfortable area to relax in, the facilities do not equate to my expectations of Executive or a Suite. The fridge was not working properly. It was housed in a small cupboard and was very warm to touch. It was not cold at all internally. There were no wine glasses or coffee machine supplied. The worst aspect was the disgusting shower recess. It was black with mould and really unpleasant to be in. Overall the whole experience was disappointing.

Room fully equipped although pretty dated. Rooms face west so hot in late afternoon and overnight which meant we needed aircon. Room too small for comfortable aircon. 3 or 4 kms out of town so trucks which run all night are still travelling pretty fast and so noisey throughout the night

Very welcoming staff and clean and comfortable bed! We were not expecting much and with much surprise this resulted to be a very good place to sleep with our one year old kid. We will definitely come back here if in the area.

This is a great value place for families to stay. Staff were friendly and helpful with info about Coonabarabran. Plenty of space and beds for a family. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks Amber Court!
