Love the greenery & landscaping, and food was just outstanding. Big thank you to Mr Kiran of front office, Mr Sri***ta and entire F&B team, and of course ever smiling wonderful Mr Nagraj who showed me the beautiful flower garden. Hospitality & staff response was just brilliant, my sincere thanks. And yes, my hello to “Chocolate”, he’s my best friend in Conoor. I loved the compassionate story of how this canine became resident member. Will plan to meet Chocolate again in Sept/Oct!!

The Property is on the prime location in Coonoor yet it has the calmness of a pristine place. The Hotel is well maintained and stays true to its name of Heritage Property. They have really ***aged well to keep the modern amenities sync well within the Heritage Tag. The staff are very friendly and professional. The experience has been truly memorable. Everyone from front desk; travel desk; housekeeping; restaraunt hve been truly friendly and gave a comfort feeling. The Nature walk ; Morning Yoga; Club Room Activities; Outdoor games; Bon Fire every experience was very good. To Summarise All the Staff at Taj Seleqtions Coonoor make you feel a Home away from Home.

The Chef Mr.Ramalingam provides you any food you ask for with great taste and quality. Every department in this property is functioning great. Great experience. The F& B department headed by Mr.Shailesh Giri is providing great service. The garden and the lawn maintained by Mr.Nagaraj is extraordinary. The ***ager Mr.Rahul takes care of the guests like his own family members.

TAJ NESS AT ITS GLORY Visited GATEWAY TAJ At COONOOR in April 2024 Booking, confirmation, CheckIn , Rooms, Restaurant , surroundings ,helful Staff, good sumptuous Food, excellent room service, choice of cuisine , etc supplemented and enhanced Comfort and Calmness of the place like Coonoor . Restaurant staff named Sa***t, Britto, Subhankar, staff at reception(miss their names somehow) were Awsome and forthcoming "QUIET CORNER" in Garden

A beautiful place to stay with lovely, helpful staff. Great attention to detail, for example, the hot water bottles slipped into our beds unexpectedly on a cooler evening. Could have stayed longer, but were part of a small tour group exploring Southern India.

I booked and stayed from 8th april to 11th april . We were recieved well and checkin and check out experince was very smooth . Every evening there was bonfore and some evet or other which the staff keeps you occupied . Ramalingam the cook was enquiring each and every table about the quality of the food and infact it was splendid. In one of the days we were to leave early to catch the toy train in the morning and we were given packed sandwiches , In teh evening Martin plays his piano with both indian and wetsern number which was very soothing and excelent .trust the same atttiude is mainatined through out

Fast check-in experience with “Coonoor delight” welcome drink. The room and washroom was spacious. Another sofa or one more chair was missed in our room which made in room dining a little less easy. The trees and flowers around presented a very relaxing atmosphere and weather was good too. The bonfire and housie game hosted by the staff is well appreciated. Overall a great experience!
