Helt fantastisk hotel. Komfortabelt, rent, nyt og lækkert. Interiøret på værelserne, i lobbyen og restauranten er 10/10. Beliggenheden er også helt perfekt.

We've just spent two great days in. Copenhagen and stayed in the Grand Joanne. The hotel is very well located, a few minutes from both the Central Train Station and the Tivoli Gardens. The decor is lovely and our breakfasts were excellent. Our room was very comfortable and well- appointed. The welcome was exceptional, with Norbert helping us with all our questions. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Overall a great experience. We could happily recommend this hotel to any visitors to Copenhagen.

What a lovely hotel! Amazing in all ways!! The rooms are sound proof, breakfast amazing, the staff was lovely and so near the central station. Everything was perfect!!

I stayed for a week to visit my son who is studying abroad. I was made to feel very welcome which was especially nice as I was travelling alone. I would suggest requesting a room that does not face the train the tracks, if possible. Had to keep the windows closed.

We stayed 3 nights in a deluxe room. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Beds comfy. As per usual in hotels not enough space in the bathroom to put your things or hang your towels. We had a view over the courtyard where the hotel store things and recycle. We didn’t mind the view but they do recycle loads of glass in the middle of the night. We did also miss a refrigerator in the room. Breakfast was really good, a combination of menu/buffet. The bar and restaurant was also very nice. The service is overall very good. The location of the hotel is 2 min from the train to the airport and the metro. We walked a lot and found the hotel 3-4 blocks off from “everything”. They do have bicycles and the metro is amazing. The hotel is two buildings. If you stay in a four digit room (XXXX) you need to take an elevator one floor, then walk a long hallway, go in stairs with no elevator available to then take a new elevator. If you have a lot of luggage, a stroller or difficulty walking please request a three digit room (XXX).
