I loved our stay there! The design, staff, cleanliness, location, and cozy hour in the lobby every evening made our trip to Copenhagen unforgettable and pleasant. The only drawback was the shower, but I assume this is a Scandinavian thing. I saw a lot of bathrooms like that during my trip to Norway last summer, so it wasn't a big deal. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone going to Copenhagen.

This is my first hotel in Denmark. I have been choosing it for a long time and finally chose this hotel. The location is very good, basically in the city center. The hotel is very beautifully decorated and gives people a warm feeling. The guest room is also good, but the water in the shower is a little small. I didn't have breakfast, but I felt good passing by the restaurant. The service staff were very nice and provided all kinds of help throughout the process.

The hotel is not far from the subway station and near the lake. It is very comfortable to walk. The breakfast is very rich and healthy. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel staff is very cute and kind. I have good memories.

The room is stuffy and hot. Unfortunately, we stayed during the hottest day and the lacked of aircon is quite unbearable.

Excellent! Great customer services with free drink (red and white wine/beer/ juice everyday during happy hour at 5-6pm. Great location and near to market and metro station (600 meters walking distances). Room is clean and nice decorated. Really enjoyed my stay there. Highly recommended!

Location is perfect. Hidden bakery nearby, interesting vintage shops across the bridge. The weather is all good during our stay, so walk out of the hotel can feel the good vibe from the river.
But they always short of stuff, can’t really provide service like other hotels I stayed before.
The water tub spa is extra cost, didn’t make it clear on the hotel information. That’s disappointing.
Hopefully a hotel could provide books in case guests get bored.
Overall is above average experience.
