The service is great. The location is right outside Xingang. The room is not big but enough. It was a perfect stay!

First and foremost, this hotel front desk staff was wonderful and very helpful. The location of the hotel is a 10-30 minute walk to most things. The breakfast buffet is nice too. We’d rate this more of a 3.5, but there are no half stars! So we leaned toward the three rating. Here are the downsides: Though a convenient location, the hotel is on a very crowded touristy street along a canal. We happened to go there during the Royal Run, where tens of thousands run/walk for a “bank holiday.” The room was small, as was the bathroom, and neither had many amenities (basic shampoo and body wash on the wall, no lotion, two plastic cups and no coffeemaker in the room.) Coffee is available 24/7 in the lobby, but the lobby is quite far away from the rooms. Room was clean and adequate, and the price was appropriate for the hotel/decent value for the money.

A perfectly situated hotel with great staff. We had a room with a lovely view of the canal. It was very comfortable. We were on the second floor and quiet enough.

Wonderful Staff. Location is terrific walk to most places. Lots of bars and cafes around. Breakfast is good but no hot food.

Excellent! I had called 2 days prior to ask about luggage storage because I was arriving on an early morning flight, and when I showed up at 8:30a to store my luggage they had my room ready for me, allowing a quick refresh from a long flight before hitting the streets of Copenhagen. Not expected and much appreciated!
Great location in Nyhavn, easy access to public transport, friendly staff, comfortable lobby lounge area with coffee, and a really good price. Highly recommend

Une situation géographique exceptionnelle sur le port de Nyhavn. L'hôtel est parfaitement situé, aucun bruit donc très bien insonorisé, le personnel est très agréable, disponible et souriant. Dommage que peu de personnel parle français. La chambre est petite mais très pratique et propre. La literie est très confortable. Quelques bémols tout de même : pour ce prix, le petit déjeuner est assez léger : jus de fruits artificiels, les mêmes aliments durant 4 jours. La salle de bain est petite mais pratique. En revanche, un rideau de douche dans ce genre d'hôtel n'est pas apprécié. Une vraie cabine de douche serait plus appréciable.

Another lovely stay and each time it gets better. A simple hotel, with a good price. We stayed in a double room with a small room next to it for our daughter. The room was in the new part and a bit tricky to navigate to and although smell, was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good, help yourself, although not really enough seating, especially as people stayed drinking coffee. We ended up in the hallway on high chairs, which was t the best. The staff can’t do enough, giving excellent advice on buses and booking a taxi. This is the 4th time we’ve stayed pre cruises and no doubt will be back.
