The service is great. The location is right outside Xingang. The room is not big but enough. It was a perfect stay!

Another lovely stay and each time it gets better. A simple hotel, with a good price. We stayed in a double room with a small room next to it for our daughter. The room was in the new part and a bit tricky to navigate to and although smell, was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good, help yourself, although not really enough seating, especially as people stayed drinking coffee. We ended up in the hallway on high chairs, which was t the best. The staff can’t do enough, giving excellent advice on buses and booking a taxi. This is the 4th time we’ve stayed pre cruises and no doubt will be back.

Is was the best stay i have had in a long time, great service and excellent beds. I can highly recommend it if you want to visit Copenhagen. Both for the location, the pricing, the service and the comfort. I am definitely looking forward to my next visit

Excellent hotel in a great location. Exceptionally clean, comfortable beds. Nice breakfast that accommodates gluten-free diets. However, WiFi that drops every few minutes is problematic.

No refrigerator in room and all superior rooms are handicap accessible which means a shower with no rim or doors so water splashes everywhere

The hotel has one of the best locations in Nyhavn perfect for the restaurants sightseeing access to the metro and on the waterfront The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and though the room was small perfectly adequate The breakfast was good and kept us going till dinner

The location is perfect and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was in great condition and clean however if you have courtyard room, be prepared for noises. There were noises from someone dragging the bin around midnight and early morning construction (7-8 am). Barely able to get good sleep.
