The staff was nice and location was good. That’s it! We picked- and paid extra- for a superior double room, and the room was nothing like the pictures! Everytime we’d sit on the sofa, the seats would slide. The bathroom smelt really bad at times. There was a massive crack on the ceiling and the floor was all stained. The shower head wouldn’t screw properly. But essentially, we thought we’d paid for a nicely decorated spacious room with big windows and it was nothing like that. When we spoke to reception, the lady said “Oh you saw the rooms on the right side, you had one on the left side”. Well, maybe put some pictures of the left side so we know it’s a lottery?

Very nice hotel. The staff are helpful and friendly. Check in and check out are seamless. Found used cotton bud under the pillow on my last day😢.

clean and comfortable overall, loved that we got a slightly bigger room (handicap-friendly). Good for a short stay and worth the price.

Close to train station and metro. Nice basic breakfast with cold and hot options. Nice: Beds are comfy, AC and heating, clean, big rooms and washrooms. Some noise from the street can be heard from some passerby here and there at night if your room is facing the street.

Good customer service. However there's no kettle provided. You have to rent it at 50DKK per day. Bfast is good

Location is excellent.  I got off the train station and took me 5 minute walk to the Hotel.  Walking distance from hotel to Round tower and Nyhvan is enjoyable with the many shops and bakery along the Main Street.

Next to train station, clean with AC and heating system Friendly staff and i asked for late checkout and they accepted
