Perfect hotel and it's not the first time we've come. But at the reception there are unprofessional and badly behaved people .... and because of their fault the hotel will lose customers .... Especially in the evening of March 4th to 5th there was such a badly behaved person that we were about to leave for another hotel . Then on the morning of the 5th he changed and he was great.

Very nice, friendly and kind staff, very good breakfast with huge buffet and food for all tastes, the room was nice and big. Perfect position in the very center of the city and close to the train station.
