The room facilities are relatively new, and the view outside the window is particularly good! It is indeed a bit like entering the world of Andersen's fairy tales. There is also a reception on the first floor of the hotel, but it feels that the reception staff is not enough. When checking out, I saw a long queue of people checking in.

The hotel is in a great location with city views
The only drawback is that there are no slippers provided. A very ordinary pair of disposable white slippers costs 30 yuan a pair.

I have been to this hotel many times. Although it is a bit old, the previous attitude was quite good, but when I checked out today, I didn’t feel as good as before. When I checked out, I tied my face and asked me if I was One night parking, asked me to show him the parking ticket, and then he said parking 250, I did not pay, I went to the machine to hand in, only paid 235, before the one night parking fee here is 190, now more and more It's expensive. The worst Radisson I have ever lived in, whether it is service or room hygiene, is the worst. Cobwebs on top, red stains on the bed sheet, poor! Some local Danish waiters are a little inexplicably arrogant!

Wouldn’t recommend unless you’re a business customer. Atrocious customer service. Everything seemed like hassle and when we contacted them about lost items after we left, no reply
