Stayed for 2 nights in a suite priced at 7800 per night and had a very poor experience. The exterior is being renovated, and the room is extremely small. There is no room to move after unpacking the luggage.
We stayed in Room 19, and the room couldn't connect to the hotel's Internet connection (the WiFi name was Nimb Guest) and we couldn't find it at all. We asked someone from the IT department to fix it twice, but to no avail.
In addition, the drain in the bathroom bathtub is broken and the water cannot go down.
Similarly, the upscale hotel Hotel d’Angleterre has a much better experience, while Hyatt’s Nimb is terrible.

We had an immaculate stay at the Nimb last week for my 40th birthday. The hotel is one of the most aesthetically pleasing I think we have ever stayed at in many years of traveling. The room was just beautiful, we kept commenting on it every time we'd come back from an outing. The staff are so pleasant, available and helpful-- we were continually made to feel so welcome and taken care of. The Brasserie and breakfast buffet are A+ (don't sleep on the cheese cart at the Brasserie). We enjoyed all the activities of Tivoli and our complimentary access each day. It was fun to go ride just a couple of rides in the morning and not feel like you needed to spend all day at the park! We ate in the Tivoli food hall adjacent to the hotel a couple of times and that was a lovely casual eating experience too. I also had the Nimb signature massage at the spa and it was a world class hotel spa experience. The hammam and tea service after the massage were a very nice touch. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Copenhagen on our next visit.

We visited at the start of a special holiday to Scandinavia and what a place to start! The hotel is absolutely beautiful with such attention to detail and the service is impressive. We absolutely loved having access to Tivoli Gardens and enjoyed the rides and the fabulous Christmas fireworks. Stunning hotel in brilliant location with very slick service.

Magic experience by the staff, hotel facilities and Tivoli Garden. Great center spot, 15 mins from the airport and it’s literally across the road. Real fire place and 24hrs service for getting your fire lit for you. Bar is excellent with a great ambiance and amazing breakfast on the go as well. Professional and friendly staff with a great knowledge of the hotel and Copenhagen. Highly recommended!

It would be dreary to detail the entire episode of attempting to sit down and have a cocktail in the bar here. To summarize - we were ignored, then demeaned, and intimately insulted. This is a five star property. When attempting to let the acting manager know what had happened, it was apparent that our concerns would go no further. Five star property - one star service. By contrast we then went to the NH hotel rooftop where we were welcomed by delightful staff, totally taken care of and enjoyed spectacular roof top views of the city. Do I need to say more?
