Stayed for 2 nights in a suite priced at 7800 per night and had a very poor experience. The exterior is being renovated, and the room is extremely small. There is no room to move after unpacking the luggage.
We stayed in Room 19, and the room couldn't connect to the hotel's Internet connection (the WiFi name was Nimb Guest) and we couldn't find it at all. We asked someone from the IT depar**ent to fix it twice, but to no avail.
In addition, the drain in the bathroom bathtub is broken and the water cannot go down.
Similarly, the upscale hotel Hotel d’Angleterre has a much better experience, while Hyatt’s Nimb is terrible.

Nimb hotel is one of the most exceptional hotels we have stayed in. The service is stellar all around; every single person goes out of their way to ensure you have the best experience, and they are so accommodating. The grounds are gorgeous, location is amazing in the heart of Tivoli and easy walking access to the best areas and sights in CPH. The rooms are huge and well appointed. The best part of this hotel though is the above 5 star service. Looking forward to going back again.

Overall the property is lovely. We loved the location across from the train station. The easy access to the park was a definite plus. The plants and flowers on our balcony were some of the most beautiful that I have ever seen. Having said that we did have some odd experiences too. When we returned from a day tour, the door to our room was wide open. We called the front desk and was told housekeeping had accidentally left it open. That was concerning as all our stuff was in the room. A representative from the front desk did come up and apologize. Overall, the level of cleanliness wasn’t up to what I would expect from this type of hotel. Also during breakfast one morning a guest unfortunately very ill next to our table, and we were forced to depart before we were done with our meal. This obviously isn’t the hotel’s fault and we hope the guest is ok. The hotel staff was obviously focused on taking care of the ill guest.

First class hotel!! We stayed 3 nights in an Executive Suite and aside from being huge, it was beautifully decorated-lovely furniture, big soaking tub (which was nice after a long day of sightseeing), fresh flowers, comfortable bedding. So much attention to detail. We ended each day at the gorgeous rooftop pool bar. The bartender was so very friendly and the views were amazing. The selections at breakfast were great-fresh pastries, yogurt with toppings, omelets made your way. We spent part of one day at Tivoli, although we had a perfect view of the gardens from the very large balcony outside our room! The staff-all of them- were very friendly and were fluent in English. We travel a lot, and this is the rare hotel that deserves all 5 stars, and then some!

Always a very positive experience. They are very attentive to both us and our children. We always feel welcome and the service is always top notch. We always leave with renewed energy, a smile and the next resevation in the calendar.
