A very large and old hotel. The two guys were super nice. They introduced the local characteristics and ways to get around. The decoration is Nordic style. I like it very much. I will definitely come again next time.

I booked a deluxe double room for three nights. On the first day, the hotel downgraded me to a superior double room with half the price on the grounds that the room type was fully booked. After communicating with Ctrip to refund the price difference, Ctrip refused on the grounds that the hotel did not agree to the refund. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the services provided by the hotel and Ctrip platform!

The service at Villa Copenhagen hotel was excellent. The front desk staff during check-in were very friendly and not only provided detailed explanations but also escorted us to the elevator to ensure we wouldn't get lost. The staff at the fitness center desk on the first floor were also very kind, when she saw I wanted to make instant noodles, they took the initiative to fetch a pot of hot water for me from downstairs. The next day, when we got lost during breakfast, another staff member directed us to the right direction. Additionally, the breakfast spread was extensive, and the bread was delicious. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would love to stay here again next time we visit Copenhagen!

Hotel muito bem estruturado em uma cidade encantadora. Apesar de ser um hotel de grande porte, conta com uma boa equipe, tem quartos muito bem equipados onde tudo funciona bem. Café da manhã farto e delicioso. Localização excelente. Conta ainda com bar e restaurante que funcionam até tarde, o que é um facilitador já que a cidade “dorme cedo”.
