Hotel is in a very convenient location. Walkable distance to subway. Very near to tivoli gardens. Comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

Good cozy hotel with bar lounge at the lobby to chill. Booked the room with balcony which was beautiful. Would come back again. Location was just round the corner of Tivoli but do note the hotel is directly opposite an “underground” music venue which was kinda cool imo.

Excellent location, very close to shopping area. The breakfast was good but it was the same everyday.

Bathroom does not clean can see hair in the corner, nice location and soft bed

An old-fashioned hotel with elegant decoration, a 24-hour front desk, quick help, and clean rooms. The breakfast is very rich and of high quality! The hotel is very close to copenhagen central station, city hall square, within walking distance. The disadvantage is that the room is very small. If two people live together and unpack the luggage on the ground, it is basically impossible to walk. In addition, opposite the main entrance of the hotel is an open-air bar, which is very loud at night! I wonder how the people in the room in that direction feel? I am in the opposite direction, and I can still hear a little bit, but it doesn't affect my sleep.

Great location. Room very comfortable but as with any city centre location there was a little noise from the street but it didn’t impact our sleep. Wide selection for breakfast. Would stay again.

The hotel is lovely, modern and clean. The staff are beyond helpful, friendly and welcoming. The hotel is well situated in the city centre. Only point of improvement would be more choice at breakfast. Otherwise cannot fault our stay.

Loved this hotel. We booked a superior double and the room was gorgeous - felt really luxe, and was spotlessly clean. Lovely touches like complimentary high end toiletries and illy coffee machine. Breakfast was great with lots of options, and again felt high end. Staff at reception were warm, friendly and helpful. Hotel is really well located, and a perfect base for a city break. Would definitely recommend.

Great location. High design. Very comfortable. One word of caution - I booked a compact twin - which was great for a solo traveler. Would not work for a couple. That said, great hotel and would book again.

Surprisingly quiet in view of the location. The staff were helpful and genuinely friendly. It was great to see the eco emphasis which was reflected in the city generally. Umbrellas and bikes were available, both very welcome!

Beautiful, modern hotel. Located around 5 minutes walk from Copenhagen Central Station so easy access to and from the airport. Very close to Tivoli Gardens, the town hall and main shopping area. Room was very clean and modern. Check in was super easy and we were able to leave our luggage before and after check in/out. Didn't use it but there's a very nice bar located in the lobby that was busy easy night.

Super fresh, amazing design, cozy, modern, comfy bed, good breakfast and good cocktails. You get a lot for the money here. I’m definitely coming back.

We arrived late and the hotel was suffering a powercut; not their fault and the one guy on reception was dealing with some difficult customers who were having a bit of a strop. We were offered free drinks and sat in the dark drinking them. The power came on briefly and we were told not to use the lift, but people used the lift anyway and eventually we were shown to our room but told to pick up our keys in the morning. When we collected our keys they were literally thrust upon us so we weren’t really given any of the welcome information we perhaps should have been given. The room was clean (the duvet covers were an odd texture) and both the bedroom bathroom looked lovely but the water pressure and temperature varied depending on the time of day (I had to wash my face at bedtime with a cold trickle). We had a drink in the bar one night, it was nice. We will return to Copenhagen but we probably wouldn’t stay here again. The power cut was not the hotel’s fault but the way it was handled wasn’t brilliant and I expect to have access to hot water with reasonable pressure in a budget hotel, never mind something claiming to be 4*.
