酒店房間隔音差，一樓酒吧音樂大到房間都聽到，每晚都一樣！打去前台問，只可以提供耳塞….廁所沖涼位置有點奇怪，花灑好容易整到廁所地下。

Receptions were nice and helpful. The environment around hotel was beautiful and easy access. Many restaurants were just opposite to hotel.

One of the best hotels ever. Great location with friendly staff. Due to the pandemic, we have to print out a lot of documents for getting onboard. The staff are very nice and provide full support for what we need. Thanks very much for all your help.

Construction noises are throughout the 1st floor with no mention of it from the staff upon check in. Our first room had a sign warning of early morning construction crews so we asked to be switched. For a luxury hotel the hospitality was minimal. I do not advise unless traveling after construction completed.

Der var slukket for varmen på hotellet. Meget ubehageligt at spise morgenmad med flere lag tøj og alligevel fryse. Værelser kolde. Virkede som om der generelt var lukket for varmen. Vi påtalte det.

Staff all amazing - sadly the heating was broken and my room was too cold. Moved me straight away but it detracted and frankly got cold in the new room too
