Fantastic place to stay! The employees are so friendly and the whole decor of the hotel is cute! The room was clean and comfortable. And the outlets smile at you!

The hotel was a good choice, most of the staff was extraordinarly welcoming. Three rather minor/medium remarks:
The room itself was smelling like smoke a bit, especially in the bathroom. That is something I didn't like.
As for the provided set of coffee and drinks, the cups were not a 100 percent clean, I had to wash them again and one of the cups had a spot were a part was broken away, where you could have hurt yourslef drinking.
Third and biggest mark: while the breakfast offer was really good, the handling of the quests and the size of the dining room was not adequate. At 9 am it was super crowded. Either offer the quests different time slots and book them in, or offer them to go in the basement area and eat breakfast there. Instead I was just stopped from entering the breakfast area.

Et fantastisk hyggeligt sted. Rent og pænt med lækker morgenmad. Søde og morsomme receptionister. Helt stille om natten, selv om det er midt i København. Gode senge. Det eneste minus var hovedpuderne. 😀 De er kun til pynt, de er alt for tykke.

This was a lovely hotel. Within easy walking distance of the main train station - around 5 minutes walk. Pleasant staff. Nice, spacious room which was cleaned every day. Extensive choice at breakfast - one of the best hotel breakfast choices we've had. Would stay here again.
