It's a very unique hotel with stylish Nordic design inside. The best thing is the hotel's swimming pool. I think many people come here for it. The restaurant on the top floor of the hotel has a comfortable environment. It is good to have a glass of wine or coffee, and the food is relatively simple. The service at the front desk downstairs is relatively mediocre. It is basically the service of a small inn. It is not enthusiastic, not proactive, and does not help with luggage. It is not bad, just average.

This hotel is a great respite away from the city. While Copenhagen is lovely, this oasis made the trip all the better. The outside is less than impressive and the entrace is on a main street and you must come in from the other side, but no bother. Lobby is tiny and cramped, but staff is pleasant enough, not overly attentive or interested in providing 5 star service. We had a room on the 6th floor, a suite at the end of the hall. The elevator is TINY and one of them didn't work. I read other reviews that this is a common problem here and only one elevator works at any one time. There are easy to use stairs though. However, the elevator never goes to the 6th floor and we had to walk up a flight after. The pool area is truly the highlight of the hotel, so nice and never super crowded. Pool is amazing and we loved the Bali-like experience. Sauna and steam on the roof cool too. We loved our room, however it is clearly getting a bit aged. Lots of scuffs, damage to surfaces, faded floors, etc... Needs love for sure. We appreciated having the extra space, and while the bed was very comfy and condusive to sleep, the large furniture really takes up alot of space and if you're on one side of the bed, you will stub your toe and hit limbs on things. Not great. Also, and I know its Europe, but the bathroom is TINY. Difficult do to anything in there, and the large stone sink takes up too much space. Also the shower curtain is gross and just hangs on you during shower. Restaurant is ok for dinner, there's way better places in CPH. But breakfast was really good. My overall comment is that this is NOT a five star hotel. I'd say its three or four at best. The service, furnishings, and overall vibe is not what one looks for when seeking an example of such a hotel. I think with some updates and rebranding away from that, this hotel could be improved. Very glad I stayed and would come again!

Manon Les Suites is a hidden gem. The rooms are well appointed and suited for a family. There is such detail to everything organic. The pool is an oasis all to itself. If you are a fan of a breakfast buffet with many options, this is the place for you. It had options for everyone. Its location is central to all attractions and if you wanted to venture beyond the city, the staff was so helpful in arranging guided tours and other services. It is highly recommended!

Our stay in Manon Les Suites was wonderful! The rooms were really well thought out and loved the eco touches. The pool is stunning with lush trees and beautiful lighting at night! Karina on reception was super helpful and went out of her way to make our stay extra perfect! Thanks so much!

I booked this hotel not expecting the tranquil spa feel as I had read other reviews about noise and things so it may be more aimed towards a social aspect with the bar beside the pool once your aware of this you will enjoy your stay. Beautiful rooms and fantastic pool area the sauna and steam room wasn’t an issue being on the roof at all if anything it maybe made it a bit quieter which gave it the real spa feel, sugar scrub and extra towels and slippers available up there too was an extra bonus the sugar scrub was amazing it smelt like lemon and melted into the skin when applied before the steam room pure bliss. The food at the rooftop restaurant was so delicious highly recommend it even if you aren’t staying at the hotel we had such a lovely server I didn’t get his name but he were there at 7pm on the 30th of April lovely open kitchen too. we were looking forward to breakfast which unfortunately was a bit of a disappointment for the price you pay everything was cold. The staff are just okay not overly warm and inviting but i was aware of this before checking in from reading reviews so wasn’t surprised. the server at dinner was the friendliest we came across through our stay the bar worker was nice but seemed very busy as she was between the pool bar and the rooftop lounge. I was expecting a small room with it a hotel in the middle of the city but there is actually so much space and easy to get around the bed. The beds are so comfortable but we didn’t sleep great like in other reviews the music from the pool area carried into the rooms tho there is a great selection of toiletries in the bathroom including an eco friendly sleep kit with ear plugs and eye mask we had an early night as we were flying home the next day the music took a kind of a club turn around 8pm until 10pm, then I could hear someone snoring form a room above us it was so loud it was difficult to sleep the ceiling is like concrete slabs which was a nice quirky effect so maybe there isn’t very much between the walls. We were on the ground floor beside the pool area so maybe a room up higher wouldn’t be as loud. I would recommend one night here to experience such a unique hotel i was in awe of it as it had been on my bucket list for a long time, The pool music is frustrating when your trying to sleep and not very sound proof rooms but once your aware of the noise levels like I was it’s the only thing that takes from the stay. The staff not very welcoming made me a bit apprehensive about approaching them with any questions I had but the QR code on your check in card gives you all info you need anyway. it truly is 100% eco which had left me with food for thought on how I can be more eco friendly going forward. It spreads a nice message even the pencil in the room is plant based and can be planted once it’s finished. On check in your given a boarding card type of paperwork which is so cute and even the key card is made from wood which is so different and another nod to re

The place is certainly very beautiful and evocative but the service cannot be defined as five star. Clean rooms and pool area, everything very special and nice, girl at the pool bar very good and kind; At the reception it was a different story, they almost seemed annoyed to answer you. Not to mention the restaurant, we went for lunch, the place was dirty, disorganised, the food wasn't particularly good, the bill was wrong and they also passed rubbish next to the tables while we were having lunch. It's a shame because the rooms and the pool area are unquestionably beautiful and unique, as is the overall style of the hotel in general.

It’s a real oasis in the heart of Copenhagen. Right in the city centre. The pool with the luxurious vegetation carefully chosen, make it a unique place that transports us to a tropical paradise. It has a unique vibe. I highly recommend it for those who want to live a unique experience
