Great hotel and convenient to walk to all major attractions and city centre. Around 20mins from airport by metro and a 5minute walk to hotel. The staff were very friendly and made sure to leave a birthday treat for us which was appreciated. For the price of the hotel it's a pity that they only provide one bottle of water and later charge 55k for a new bottle. Most hotels will replenish this free daily. Overall very comfortable stay.

The hotel is in an excellent location near lots of public transit and sites of interest. The breakfast was INCREDIBLE and the staff were wonderful.

the stay here was amazing! everything was superb, especially the service - they gave us a room upgrade just because it was our honeymoon!

Service was impeccable! My husband and I really enjoyed our short stay there. We love the service, breakfast spread and location. Would definitely choose this hotel if we were to visit Copenhagen again! Special shout-out to one of the recep staff - Thom for being so sweet, thoughtful and for the great conversation. :)

Very nice stay in NH!!! However, the air conditioning is little bit confusing.

Amazing hotel.
Enjoyed every minute there.
Great location - 5 to 7 minutes walk from main attractions, 2 minutes walk from Metro station.
Wonderful breakfast - rich and tasty.
Service was fabulous - everybody is nice and welcoming.

Nice hotel, nice breakfast , excellent location. There was only one thing that shocked me: I asked the room service for ice cubes and I was told that I would be charged 8 euro if they brought it to my room!!!

Breakfast was one of the best in Scandinavian hotels. The rooms are beautiful.

The hotel is nice & well decorated, the location is good as well, however, we paid for the breakfast but they didn’t allow us to eat. We had to leave at 6:30 and the buffet was ready but they don’t open it until 7:30. We asked them to give us some fruit & sandwiches to go but they refused!
