Scandic Norreport

Hotel location was great as in tourist area within walking distance to city centre. We arrived early around 9 am, the beautiful receptionist was so nice to offer a room to us immediately even give us a choice. She also offer us the breakfast even we don’t entitled for Dre of arrival. Very nice to start our trip. Highly recommend this hotel if you are not fussy about hotel facilities.

Wonderful hotel. Right across from the Norreport station for easy access on Metro to and from airport as well as by train, metro and bus to locations in and around Copenhagen. Staff are amazinglhy friendly and helpful. Check in is on 6th floor. Breakfast and evening managers reception located in 6th floor bar. There is a wrap around deck on 6th floor with a great view of the city, and when it is cool out they offer down filled blue jackets for you to wear. Breakfast is great with hot and cold offerings. Rooms are small but well appointed and modern.Beds are really comfy. Very clean. Easy walk to Copenhagen attractions or take public transportatin from Norreport Station. Many good restaurants nearby including the Torvehallerne food hall just steps away. The hotel also has a restaurant. Must have a key card to access elevators to any of the hotel floors (except for check in and restaruant on 6th floor. We had a room on 4th floor. Some street noise but not enough to bother our sleep. Rooms have darkening shades and curtains. Our room had lots of closet and shelf space and two window seats. Price was right too. Enjoyed our stay!

Attentive staff, conveniently located near metro. Small room, needed a bedside table I ended up using the ironing board. Overall good little hotel. I felt well taken care of.

Good hotel with an easy acces from airport by metro. Location is also very good for walking to major attractions. Rooms were quite small, but clean and freshly decorated. Light switches were tricky to use and i really didnt get to know how they worked, but that wasnt really an issue. Breakfast was tasty and the rooftop terrace absolutely fantastic. I would come back if visiting Copenhagen.

Just returned from our first four night visit to Copenhagen and how lucky we were to stay at Scandic Norreport! Fifteen minutes on the metro from the airport and literally over the road to the hotel. Danish style throughout hotel and rooms. Fantastic vibe and views from Level 6 bar and restaurant. All staff extremely courteous and helpful - Chef Lana served up some great food. Breakfast, although busy some mornings, was excellent. Other reviewers have raised concerns about a lack of daily housekeeping, however the hotel’s policy is if a guest wants their room cleaning, all they have to do is contact reception by 11.00pm the night before. It worked well for us. Hotel location couldn’t have been better affording leisurely walks to most popular city sights. We’ll be back! Already planning our next stay!
