Old and tired hotel serving scones for breakfast to retired American tourists. Massive rip off and one to avoid!

The breakfast is great, with a buffet and a la carte meals, which is up to the service level of a five-star hotel. The park environment is also very beautiful, and you can park for free, but the interior furnishings are a bit old.

The best hotel in Cork, but unfortunately it is a bit far from the city center, more than 3 kilometers to the train station, and it is not very convenient to take the bus. The room area is not very large, and the room facilities are quite complete. The hotel service is very good, and it can respond quickly. When checking out, they also extended the room. The hotel breakfast is in the form of ordering and buffet, but the variety of buffet is very limited, but the taste of the order is very good.

Very high-end hotel

This was our 3rd time visiting Hayfield Manor & it definitely will not be the last. By far our favourite getaway destination in Ireland. The spa facilities are lovely but it was the 90min massage that was so good , rejuvenating & relaxing. Attention to detail is everything & my massage therapist Karen was very attentive & great at pinpointing what I wanted from my time thank you. We followed this with a gorgeous lunch in Perrotts restaurant , I must shout out our server Chris who displayed excellent detail at his job, was an absolute gentleman & I enjoyed the bit of banter mate thank you. The food was absolutely delicious, goats cheese starter, arancini rice balls starter , beef cheek , chicken supreme & dark chocolate gateaux. All were super delicious. A very pleasant & enjoyable day

Would highly recommend a stay at hayfield manor. The hotel is maintained immaculately. The rooms are luxurious and large. Our dinner and breakfast were both delicious, really like the usage of Irish produce. The staff were super and are trained to the highest standards.

Had the most amazing treatment at the Beautiique spa. Tanya m therapist was brilliant I felt so taken care of from the minute I got there Sarah at reception showed me around and brought me to a beautiful private changing room. Got into a fluffy robe and slippers to go out and enjoy the pool and jacuzzi before my treatment. Had the most amazing deep tissue massage and facial. Thanks So much girls. Can’t recommend the Beautique Spa enough

Stayed in Hayfield Manor for the weekend. This hotel is a true five star hotel. The staff are excellent. Hotel is exceptional and the service is incredible. We had a beautiful room overlooking the courtyard. The hotel is luxury with a capital L. I would highly recommend staying in this hotel. We had dinner on Saturday evening And we’re served by a delightful waitress. The food was excellent. The wine choice was sensational. Excellent. The bartenders were exceptional. The cocktails were fantastic. What can I tell you? Has to be to do list if you’re visiting Cork show the management team of Hayfield Manor, it’s clear and exceptional thank you to you and all your stuff. What a fantastic weekend. Can’t wait to get back. See you guys very soon. I have stayed in a lot of hotels around the world and this is certainly all of the best.

Fabulous stay. Room was stunning; and so comfortable. All staff really courteous, but Nathan deserves a special mention for all his attentiveness; guiding us with suggestions within the hotel, as well as without. He arranged reservations and then followed up to see how we had got along. Just going beyond. Food was excellent - we had the Sunday lunch. We will definitely be back!

I was visiting Cork City and popped in here for lunch at Perrott Garden Bistro. Firstly, this restaurant is located in an alluringly jaw-dropping, glamorous conservatory area. The menu is sizeable with a plethora of choice and has something for all tastebuds. It has a perfect balance of chic dishes and traditional classics. I dined a three course lunch and the food was sensational from start to finish. The highlight was the slow-cooked beef cheek for main course. It just was just melt-in-your-mouth delicious, served with a mouth-watering red wine jus. Beverage wise, they have a vast wine carte, along with a cultured cocktail menu. After lunch, we moved to the Bloom bar. WOW is my only word. The whole bar is completely made of glass, located in the finely manicured garden of the courtyard. An utterly, spectacular and gorgeous setting. I could have waited here all day and I regret not doing so! Their cocktails are so delicately ornate and use such unique botanicals. It is unlike nowhere else!! Whilst you can have all the aforementioned, it would be worthless without the tremendous staff at the property! I must mention, the lovely Catherine, in Perrotts for her attentive service, knowledge of her work, and warmth. A huge thank you to the staff at Bloom. Olivia and the Spanish bartender (please forgive me, his name has escaped me) tended to us. They are both such proficient, obliging and pleasant people, who really, really know how to make great cocktails! Finally, a special thank you to the one and only Chris. A genuine soul with exceptional hospitality, charm and most importantly… great craic!

This place was beyond perfect, for a beautiful and relax stay, the service was beyond perfection, from the moment me and my family arrived the staff was very kind and humble, always with a smile taking care of everything we need from day one. Rooms, bed, pillows, bathroom clean and comfy. Beautiful garden perfect for take a walk or just sit to drink coffee or tea and have a relax momment. John Burchill the manager was my guardian angel the day I wasn’t feeling well he took care of me like I was part of his family, I’ll be forever grateful and defeneatly I will stay again someday. I highly recommend this hotel if you are gonna stay at Cork . Also they recommend the best places to have brunch and dinner, and if you wanna go to a bar and have dinner there they will recomend the best in town. For me was 10/10 .

We stayed for 2 nights at the Hayfield Hotel Hotel and it was truly amazing. Nathan and Liam stood out also a young female manager sorry didn’t get her name were so helpful and lovely. Greeted on arrival with a glass of fizz and then a lovely cocktail later in the cocktail bar . The hotel is so welcoming the staff truly make your stay . Food was lovely the night we ate in restaurant and breakfast was also very good nothing ever a problem. Will come back thank you Hayfield Manor for a lovely stay .

We had a booking for the Bloom restaurant for a family celebration and it absolutely did not disappoint! The setting was beautiful. From the moment we arrived, all staff were super friendly and accommodating towards us. Special mention to Olivia & Ibai for outstanding professional service and kindness, we want to thank them for all they did for us. Food and drinks were delicious also. We would highly recommend and we certainly had a fantastic experience!

Afternoon tea treat.this is definitely worth it for a special occasion. In the reservation it asks what occasion and they made a point checking whose birthday it is . I liked this . It is lovely been made a fuss of . Loose Tea choice with this cute little timer. Started with a sorbet. Yummy savory cakes and sandwiches and then cakes . A choice of alcohol or non alcoholic cocktail at the end . Whatever u have left over you can bring home . What lovely surroundings as well . Nice afternoon
