Really nice hotel. Location is up on the hill. If you come by train, you have to climb stairs to reach the hotel.
Breakfast is nice especially the hot food that made upon order.
Enjoyed the scenery while having breakfast
The staff maybe need to be more friendly.

The hotel is on a high slope, facing the sea, with beautiful scenery. The hotel has free parking service, just park the car in front of the hotel. Just ask the staff to stop it. This time I booked a family suite, the only flaw is that the room is relatively small. Breakfast is a traditional English breakfast. The taste is still pretty good. Downhill from the hotel is the beach, where you can walk by the beach and play in the water.

The hotel upgraded us to a sea view room for free, and opened the window directly facing the beach, which is beautiful! The sound of the waves can be heard at night, and the breakfast is also on the beach with glass windows. Very comfortable! is the elevator is very small, the room facilities are a bit old, but OK!

Enjoyed a lovely weekend (except for the rain lol) at this hotel for my 65th Birthday. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was very well laid out and the food amazing. The swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were very relaxing.

Everything was very good. The only issue was the room size. The wardrobe shelves were used for tea/coffee items and so clothes had to be left in suit case but it was difficult to find a space where this could be kept open to access the clothes.

Lovely room overlooking the bay. Comfortable and clean and nicely decorated. Staff were very attentive, food was good. Breakfast choice good, dinner had a nice choice and was quickly served and nicely cooked. Only a short walk to St. Ives. Valet parking in one of the surrounding car parks.

We have stayed here a number of times now and just got back from a weekend where we spent our wedding day there! What an amazing day! The sun was shining, the service was outstanding and the wedding went without a hitch! All the staff in the hotel are friendly and accommodating and I could recommend the wedding planning service more! We fell in love with st Ives on our first stay at this hotel and will be back to celebrate our anniversary for years to come!
