A great hotel with beautiful pool and bar area. We had a band and fire throwers the first night there.

Stayed here due to lack of options frankly when booking a hotel for Coron. It obviously fancies itself as a nice resort but it's slightly on the tacky side. To be clear, the staff are very nice and check in was smooth. The pool area resembles that of a slightly tacky European resort and isn't as fancy as it wants to be. The breakfast was lacking and pretty basic. The room is nice and clean. The resort is a bit far out of the town but that's not a bad thing. A tricycle is 40 pesos per person. The hotel transfer from the airport was more expensive than hotels which are closer to the town and so further from the airport! Overall it's fine but we stayed in another hotel in Coron after this one and preferred that one. I probably wouldn't stay here again. It's certainly not bad but not superb for the price.

The transportation company sponsored by the resort from airport to resort was BAD - book airport transportation to resort once you land and not with resort sponsored company. There is a Starbucks coffee on property, limited menu. Staff does not make the stay experience more enjoyable. The breakfast is average at best - Somewhat boring and limited selection. No bacon, poor sausage taste, no cheese or sliced meats as an option like so many other resorts/hotels. Coffee is super basic. Main dishes are limited. Resort pool is nothing unique and boring. Pool waitstaff not friendly. The food prices are over priced for how basic the food is. The pool chairs are nice. There are no resort activities, especially for little kids.

Overall, I would probably not recommend to stay here. Good things first: - location is Ok, 10-15 min tuktuk ride from the city center - rooms and resort itself were generally clean and you felt comfortable in the room - the non-client interacting staff was super nice (drivers, housekeepers, etc.) Now the bad experiences we have made: - upon arrival we were “greeted” by a very unfriendly lady at the reception - we did not get the room that was indicated in the booking confirmation (2nd/3rd floor was promised, we got a ground floor) - room was supposed to have a hair dryer. It did not and joint asking for it the reception/front desk staff was extremely unfriendly and really 0 interested in providing help or a solution - the unfriendly atmosphere continued when having lunch at the pool. Staff was completely unorganized, but worst of all: in the end the staff tried to blame us for it (we had several attempts of ordering lunch (sandwich, pizza,..) and with every meal we ordered they came back 10 minutes later saying they ran out. With the pizza, they realized 35 minutes after the order that they ran out. After 2 hours, I received a Cesar’s salad) Mistakes can happen and New Years might be a busy time, but even in these situations - it’s all about how you deal with it and the staff of this hotel dealt with it in a completely unacceptable way.

Love the room!! BUT there are quite alot of bugs in the pool 😭 The bed was my favourite part so big and comfy!!! The food at the restaurant was okay but amazing drinks at the bar! Location is a bit far away from town 8 mins time but the mini trip of the tricycle is very nice. Super worth trying to come here for your anniversary or a family trip! Coming next time!!!

Hotel is clean & in a good location. Recommended for a 1-2 nights stay.

Nice hotel with nice pool and rooms

We’ve had a pleasant stay.

There are a lot of insects in the room, the service is simply terrible, water costs money, the bar is more expensive than anywhere else in other hotels, we ate only at their place and on the 3rd day we were seriously poisoned. Better avoid this place!

Excellent location of the hotel, green, clean, cozy, great pool, beautiful design of the lobby and restaurant, nice live music every evening, singers perform lounge and blues, very good. Also, every day there is a fire show in the hotel, a little monotonous... The room cleaning is excellent, fresh towels every day, the bed is made once every two days, water is put in the refrigerator, for which we received good tips every day! Unfortunately, this is where the positives end. The managers are inattentive - we approached them several times with the same requests, but nothing was taken into account. Every morning the security guards make rounds at 6, 7, 8 am and a man with a walkie-talkie loudly yells/whistles/squeaks/grunts walks past the room. They said it several times - it doesn't help. They can also gather in a crowd at the door of the room and talk loudly to each other, they can also call the phone in the room and talk for a long time about some nonsense at 7 in the morning, and then say - oh, we're in the wrong room. In general, if you want peace and relaxation or sleep until 9, then this is definitely not the place for you 😃 But the climax was in the morning on the day of our departure. The night before, we warned the receptionist that we were leaving separately, me at 6 am with a personal transfer to the ferry, and my husband at 8 am with a separate transfer to the plane. We paid all the expenses that had accumulated over the 5 days of our stay, so that there was no rush in the morning. As a result, I went to the reception, said goodbye, waited for a taxi, got in and left. 5 minutes later my husband calls me, who was woken up, to say that I left and forgot him - a circus!!! The hotel transfer that was supposed to pick up my husband at 8 arrived at 9, and he almost missed the plane, which was at 10:20. I would also like to say about the food at the hotel - we were hungry. For breakfast we ate only noodles/rice and lettuce, fruit, and everything else inedible. Dinner is served buffet style every evening, but prices vary daily. We thought udin would be tastier, but we ate dinner at the hotel for two days and then went to city restaurants. Loved the food at El Kuvo. In general, the hotel management still has some work to do, please take my comments into account in order to improve the service to your guests.

I stayed one night for a staycation and it was nice and relaxing. Because it is far from the city, I recommend lodging for a staycation rather than downtown activities.

A hotel with a cool area - a large swimming pool with a variety of sun loungers, swings, etc. There is a pool bar and restaurant. Breakfast is delicious and varied, with a good selection. The staff is friendly. Fairly good Wi-Fi, video connection is not very stable, but overall acceptable.

A wonderful time! The hotel looks better than in the photos. The best hotel in the Philippines.
