"Great choice to recover from a long flight when arriving in Coron! The pool has an amazing view and the massage service (although it’s more expensive than in the town) was really good and relaxing. Some of the staff were super kind and helpful, while others needed a bit more training, as they replied as if we were annoying them. The best mango shake at all!"

"The hotel has a very convenient location, and the front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There were just a few small issues. After coming back from swimming, we wanted to take a shower but there was no water, so we had to wait about one hour, which was a bit inconvenient. On our last day, we also found a big cockroach in the room, which was unpleasant. Additionally, if you need items such as a toothbrush or soap, you have to request them at the reception. Overall, the stay was good. The food was nice as well, and you choose your meals from the previous day, which worked fine for us."

"The receptionist was brilliant, very helpful and friendly. Great location to walk to restaurants and bars and to book trips. Close to Coron viewpoint. Restaurant on 4th floor for a good breakfast and communal area on 2nd floor with TV. Rooms were clean and spacious and shower had hot water and the best toilet roll so far on our Philippines travels!"

"I am a Black Diamond member on Trip.com, and unfortunately this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Despite reserving five twin rooms in advance, the hotel failed to honor our request. At check-in, we were given four twin rooms and one double room, which forced us to book an additional room at a high extra cost due to the hotel’s mismanagement. The hotel is located far from the city with no transportation provided. There was no mobile signal, and the Wi-Fi system was extremely inconvenient, requiring a username and password every single time. Breakfast was exactly the same every day, with no variety. The swimming pool was dirty and poorly maintained, and in the evening there were no pool towels available, which is unacceptable. The toilet flush in the room did not work properly. The most unacceptable issue was related to the breakfast pack. After our ferry from Coron to El Nido was canceled due to bad weather, we immediately canceled our breakfast pack request. However, the hotel refused to cancel it and demanded payment. They charged 3,600 pesos per person, and for 10 people requested a total of 36,000 pesos, for a breakfast pack that consisted of only one very small chicken sandwich per person, with no water, fruit, or any additional items. Management showed no flexibility, no empathy, and no customer-oriented behavior at all. For transparency, I have uploaded photos of the breakfast sandwich on Trip.com, so other travelers can clearly see what was provided for this unreasonable price. This hotel does not meet basic hospitality standards. I strongly do NOT recommend this hotel, especially for Trip.com VIP members. There are much better options nearby, such as TAG Resort, with far superior service and facilities."

"We stayed here for 3 nights. The pools are big and clean. Most staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is OK for basic needs. It is about 15 mins to get to the downtown area by a tricycle/TuTu. I also stayed a night in another hotel Corona Westown Resort which is only 3 mins away from here. I would definitely choose here again on my next visit."
