Very hotel
Good. Located 15 minutes from the city.
Getting to the city is very simple. They call a transport that costs 1 euro per couple.
The pools are great. Very good service.

The hotel makes a good impression at first glance, nice lobby, pool etc. As soon as you get to the rooms, it looks terrible. The deluxe rooms are more like a prison and smell extremely of mold. After we complained immediately, we were offered the "premium" rooms, but for one night and then moved to another room the next day. This was for an additional charge of 1000PHP/night. We did that, the rooms were definitely better. The next day, we were harassed 4 times from 8 a.m. onwards. Twice at the door and twice on the phone because the lady at the reception had obviously made a mistake. The room key had a different number than the one we were put in. So it was not possible to rest here. After we had changed rooms, we had a large construction site right next door where the hotel was being expanded. Because of the heat, the workers work early in the morning and late at night...
