I booked a total of 4 rooms for my stay with friends this time. The bathroom water in three of the rooms was yellow. I originally booked a double bed and was given two single beds. They said there was no double bed, so they changed it to me the next day. I had to use it up after dining in the hotel. Finally, we have to confirm that the meal is signed to avoid flooding. Fortunately, we have checked. We encountered flooding when we checked out and had to change it four times... This service is too noisy.

The hotel itself is quite far, and it costs 40p/person to get to the town. When I checked in on site, I was told that the westown lagoon was overbooked and that I could get a "free upgrade" to the westown resort across the road with the same room type and a larger room. I don’t know whether I am happy or worried when encountering this kind of thing. After all, the so-called upgrade in some places is very confusing.
We came to the resort hotel, which was generally good. Except for the slightly old facilities and the breakfast price of 450p/person, which was slightly more expensive than the lagoon hotel, the rest was pretty good. The room is non-smoking, you can only smoke on the balcony, please note this.

All rooms face the pool, and on the first floor you can go to the pool side from the room, so you can see the children playing with peace of mind.
The staff was very nice.
However, the swimwear and quick-drying T-shirts were still wet even after a whole day of drying in the room, so it was necessary to dry them all with a dryer.

All the staffs are super friendly and welcoming. The pool was amazing and clean. They offer meals from breakfast to dinner, you can also order room service.

We arrived and they announced us they were overbooked, so they proposed us to transfer to their hotel in front for one night, saying it was « already an upgrade » and then retransfer to this hotel. Meaning unpacking, packing again, checking in And out twice Which is inconvenient as I am pregnant, after arguing a bit we managed to get breakfast one day only tho for compensation.
Arrived at the breakfast at 9:45, it was already quite empty, we had to ask for refilling. It is clearly not worthy 355php per person, I wouldn’t recommend to get the breakfast here, one of the worst breakfast buffet we had.
Dinner was also bad, cold few fries for 180php, as an example. Pricey, not yummy I would advice to take a tricycle and go downtown - your bill will be probably same for better quality food.
When transferred to the final room, there was dust on the floor. Very poor internet connexion and Globe network which unable to use datas.
AC was very noisy in both rooms.
On a positivé note, Room is tho decent and pool is nice, I would come back for the room. We had to go to ER and missed our shuttle to the airport, they kindly took us there by car, which was a great thing and saved us in a way !
