Now, picking up a person from the airport costs 350p. Dropping off a person at the airport also costs 350p, which feels a bit awkward, even for children! I have stayed at the airport before and the airport pick-up was free!

I like it very much. The breakfast and restaurant food are also delicious.
The service staff are very friendly. The hotel also provides airport pick-up and drop-off services, which is very convenient and you can see the sunset.

Location of this hotel was not convenient.
Staff was eager to help but falls short due to ignorance. Everyone was nice enough though and tried their best. Front desk was very helpful in booking excursions and answering questions professionally.
Cleanliness was average. The whole room smelled of sewer and I did not get the feeling sanitation was priority.
The food was astonishingly mediocre at best. Left over dinner items were used for breakfast the next day. I had to eat breakfast at the hotel simply due to convenience but only stuck with eggs, toast and the somewhat fresh fruits.
Overall I would not stay at this hotel again and would pay more to be centrally located in the future

The facilities are relatively old, the rooms are small, there is almost no lighting, and the bathroom is small. The wooden floor next to the swimming pool is basically warped. If you accidentally fall to death, you have tried power outages several times. The towels are old and hard, and the price/performance ratio is not high.
