Don't choose this hotel. We were stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes because of a malfunction. No one responded and no one came to repair it. Finally we came out and the hotel manager said it was common for guests to be trapped in the elevator because of the circuit problem. But they never warned us of this risk. And this should not happen, no matter if it is a circuit problem or something else. If the circuit is so bad, it should be replaced, or there should be no elevator at all. The manager also said very comfortably that there will be another day when the power is cut frequently and the guests will be warned in advance (but we did not receive a notice that day). There is no intention to improve at all. We repeatedly asked them to put a sign for repair, but they still let guests enter the elevator that the engineer was repairing. The problem with this incident is not whether the circuit is good or bad, but that the hotel management is so chaotic, knowing the safety issues but not caring about the safety of the guests, and not caring about the guest experience. And the hotel clearly admitted that it is not a five-star hotel. We are not sure whether the five-star hotel marked by Ctrip is Ctrip's or a false statement by the hotel. The good thing is that the location is good and the sunset is amazing.

There is no free airport pick-up service. Each person is charged 300 pesos one way, which is a reasonable price and close to the town. I stayed for two nights. Overall, it was OK, but the water for washing in this place is all sea water, which is salty~ I went to Long Beach and Bohol, and this is the first time I encountered it~ 😃 The swimming pool is quite large, with several~ There is also a children's play area, we also went there to play, and went swimming every night~

The hotel and the facilities in general are very good as well as the services they offer. Varied breakfast but of very low quality. The reception staff were very unfriendly and hospitable. Another type of closer and kinder attention would be appreciated.
