Apartamentos Hesperia Bristol Playa

This holiday didn't happen but I've been here before that's why I booked it untill my husband became poorly so my review is from before I went to this place last year friendly clean and superb hospitality from staff nice pool and bar area

The hotel was terrible. The room was dirty, there was hair on the floor, and the bathroom door was filthy. The door handles were covered in a grimy residue, and it looked like the rest of the door had never been washed. The furniture was old and neglected, and the couch smelled awful. The walls were very thin and we could hear every word our neighbors said. Fortunately, we only stayed for two nights, as we wouldn't have been able to stand it any longer. Easy to find parking space. Quite cheap.

Cheapest option for a couple of nights, (shared bathrooms and dorms aside) I read a couple of grim reviews on TripAdvisor so was a little concerned but my experience was good , the only thing I would say that was marginally substandard was the mattress lacked sufficient padding, not terrible but would have benefited from a mattress topper.. But I would use it again, no question.

nice place a little bit far

We had very relaxing time in a very relaxed atmosphere, with friends and family , we found very friendly staff, very good facilities, pools and bars , the hotel is well run and administered, is very charming and of traditional Spanish Architecture . Altogether a nice experience in a Hotel that has become extremely popular The bars are very well priced and there is evening entertainment

Visited the last week of May a family of 11 ages ranging from 1-78. We had 5 rooms between us and all but one room was good, and that was a grand floor room by the pool. The room had trouble with Ants and cockroaches and the curtains were marked with damp. All the rooms were pretty similar, would benefit from a good clean and a lick of paint. The beds were not bad but the pillows were awful! The grounds were kept well, but again would benefit from some tlc. The pool area and bar were lovely as were any staff we interacted with and there was never any battles for the sun-beds. One of the pools was cordoned off whilst we were there not sure why. Great little shop on site with all your needs and not much dearer than other shops. All in all we had a lovely holiday, if you don’t expect 5* on budget prices this is a lovely place to stay.
