"This experience was unacceptable. My reservation was cancelled through no fault of my own, even though I had already paid more than half of the total amount. The property clearly informed me in writing that the remaining balance had to be paid in cash on arrival. Despite this, my booking was cancelled the day before my trip, allegedly because the remaining amount was not paid by card. As a result, I was left one day before travelling to Fuerteventura with no accommodation and no refund. The property refused to refund me, even though the room was immediately rebooked, meaning they did not lose any money. No alternative, no assistance, and no solution were offered at the last minute. Since then, the property has stopped responding to my messages, which is disrespectful and unprofessional. I was in no way at fault. *********** should seriously review this property’s practices, as this situation is unacceptable for travelers. I do not recommend this accommodation."

"Lovely hotel, food good, staff friendly and helpful. Right near to town and beach with all you could ask for a holiday. Relaxing at the hotel or partying in town- a good place to be. Room was great and all good value for money."

"Food was good as was the rooms and massive swimming pools, the only problem was all the entertainment was in french! We were not told that the place was french owned and very much geared up for french people. Dissapointed as we couldnt join in with the games or entertainment"

Buendia Corralejo Nohotel

"Overall we had a good stay at Buendia the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and the pool area/communal areas are so clean and well maintained. The pool is a lovely temperature and the sun beds are very comfortable. We had a room with a roof terrace which was a great change from the usual balcony. the kitchen area was fully equipped with everything you could need to cook with. great tv in living room and big king size bed in the main bedroom (not two beds into one ) The room itself could do with some general maintenance to get it up to the level of the rest of the hotel - shower didn't drain properly, doors around room had warped and would get stuck, some rusting in the bathroom and in need of a deeper clean - nothing massive but it wasn't quite what we had expected after reading so many 5/5 reviews. The staff were absolutely brilliant when we mentioned an issue with the room and corrected it immediately. Would be a 5 star review from us if those things were looked at in the future :)"

"We were at this hotel from the 8th to 29th March and we can honestly say we thoroughly enjoyed it. Firstly the weather was a bit offish but to be honest we only had a couple of days of rain. Cloudy mornings normally turned to sunny afternoons so we made the most of it. However the hotel was worth more than 5 stars, we could not fault our stay, the room was more than adequate for self catering with a lovely balcony, the views were great from our room 1251, the staff were all brilliant we could not fault anyone. Even though we went self catering we went to quite a few evenings in the restaurant as it was so easy to do if you fancied it. Just walk in give you room number sign you autograph and help yourself to as much as you like, you still had to order your drink though. Fridays were my favourite as they were bbq nights, I love meat. It was a different theme every night, €16 each for evening, €14 for lunch time and €10 for breakfast. I went and paid my balance at reception once a week but it's entirely up to you when and how many times you do it. Definitely no need to fight over a sunbed or a specific spot as there was always a spare bed, don't know about main school holidays as we were there in March. There was also a pool bar/restaurant which again was very nice and same rules applied for self caterers. Obviously in the restaurant and the pool bar the people on All Inclusive just helped theirselves. The entertain was also every night but for me the Friday entertainment was the best but other nights were good too. It was outside and only once got stopped for rain. The bar by the entertainment was open throughout the night. The walk to the top of the strip took approximately 10 minutes from the hotel a lot closer than I thought it was. Turn right out of the hotel at the end of the road turn left walk a few minutes and you're there. There's also another shopping centre called, El Campanero, turn right out the hotel at the end of the road turn right walk a few minutes and you're there. All in all we would definitely book here again without a doubt. Thank you Las Marismas you made our holiday great."
