"I love this place this was my 3rd time and I have just booked for next year. They are no frills apartments but with everything you need. They are clean, comfortable beds and the staff are wonderful. The cleaners are friendly and do a wonderful job keeping the apartment clean. The reception staff are very helpful and speak excellent English and are always cheerful, I wouldn't go anywhere else now"

"Had a lovely stay. Apartment lovely and clean. Table and 4 chairs in lounge. Television. Internet which was very good. Settee. Kitchen well equipped. We were in apartment 12 and it had a full size fridge freezer which we put to good use. 3 ring hob. Sandwich maker but would rather have had a toaster. Coffee machine and kettle and a dishwasher which husband said would not get used but it definitely was during our stay and a microwave. There was not much storage space for dry goods so were put into equipment cupboards. I don’t think the other apartments have a full size fridge freezer just a fridge with ice compartment. Nice size bedroom and the bed was really comfortable so we slept really well. Only had to use fan one night as unfortunately the weather was not fantastic. Not much storage space in bedroom. Hanging space and two bedside tables. Nice big mirror and also a safe. Shower was fantastic. Lovely and powerful and nice adjustable temperature. Hair dryer was very good too. Bathroom decoration very nice. Individual outside space with table and two chairs and 2 sunbeds and a clothes dryer. The apartments on our side of pool did not get sunshine until lunchtime while those on other side got sun most of the day. Number 8 seemed to get sun most of day. Sunbathing platform by pool with 4 sunbeds which gets sun all day. As it was quite breezy it was sometimes difficult to get out of wind on our outside space. Number 1 was tucked right in corner and did not seem to get much sun at all. Couldn’t work out why that one had a built in bbq either. Number 2 not much private outside space but got plenty of sun. This is a complex of 12 apartments and to get to number 12 you either had to go down a set of stairs and up another set. We do not travel light and so we had to take cases all around the outside. When nothing to carry the stairs were no problem. Stayed for 2 weeks and cleaned only once at beginning of 2nd week which is quite normal. There was some building work being done while we were there as they were refurbishing a couple of apartments but the noise did not bother us. Would not hesitate to stay again except we would prefer something a bit nearer to bars and restaurants due to distance but is only a 5 to 10 minute walk. Supermarket less than 5 minutes away."

"Recently home from a week’s stay here. Arrived and found it very dated from the front. Reception staff friendly. As we arrived late we were given a sandwich 2 dry pieces of bread with some form of meat slice on it and an apple. Bar still open so headed down to be met by a very long queue at what I can only describe as a green shutter in a wind tunnel. Had to pay for cup which you have to keep with you if you want a drink. Drinks cheap brand of spirits and beer. Cocktail Of the day pre made in a large glass jar with a plate over it. Only get one drink at a time so constantly queuing for a drink. Room was up two flights of stairs. Wouldn’t recommend this place if you have mobility issues etc.. room was clean. Spacious . No facilities to make a drink in room or cook if you wanted. Sheets and towels changed once in 7 days. Room not cleaned once. Met at least 3 families that had requested room changes due to damp, mold, no air con etc . No access to water. Told by bar staff to buy at shop on site. Restaurant shuts at 930pm so no food options until breakfast at 9am for all inclusive very poor. Drinks not served after 11pm. If you do want one you have to pay. Sunbed situation was out of control. The hotel has a no sun-bed hogging policy. But It does not enforce this. Towels On beds as early as 6am. Just no chance of getting round the pool. Put towels down when did find two and someone moved them when we went to get a drink. Just wasn’t worth the energy of arguing with these selfish sun bed warriors. It honestly is a massive issue at this hotel and staff are doing nothing about it. The sunbeds are dirty, broken and some not fit for purpose. Minimal Parasols for the kids. Saw a few flying about and nearly taking an old man of his chair! All need replacing. Pool Side absolutely wet. Broken tiles. No wet floor signs. No one clearing the built up water. Accidents daily kids falling, slipping! Never saw the pool areas cleaned. Cig dimps empty cups , stains, dirt, plasters you name it hanging around not cleaned up. Attracting multiple ants and cockroaches. Pool Side toilets filthy: one bar open all day at the pool again always a queue as only one staff member. Overflowing bins for days at a time. Restaurant was clean. Food was awful. Tepid temperatures, bland, Same things daily. Hot dogs. Burgers and chips.Food named incorrectly. Think your having onion rings and it’s calamari. Think you having chicken and it’s pork. Not great. Salads rubbish and just mixed with leftovers. Puddings were a daily joke to us look at the pics I’ve posted. Fruit rotten, not rotated to stay fresh!! Snack bar was a warm room with a table where left over food was left on a table. Usually a burger or hotdog and daily nacho crisps and rotten fruit. Terrible. Staff were friendly and it was very understaffed so staff worked hard as best they could. Loads of children but other than the pools Not much else for them. "Third time staying here and have already booked for 2027 it’s that good! The staff are amazing, so friendly and hardworking. While we were there, maintenance guys were painting the building and doing small repairs. An issues with the apartments were fixed immediately. The cleaners were on the go all day, and really cheerful and friendly. The Loft reception staff were always on hand to provide information as needed. We were in rooftop terrace two bedroom apartment which isn’t as big indoors but has the fab outside space which we like to use. It’s great if you’re not so keen on the poolside. The fans worked well to keep the place reasonably cool - it was hotter during the two weeks we visited than it had been previously but still the fans worked well. The food at the onsite bar and restaurant was delicious and would highly recommend you try it. Location perfect right by the promenade into town and only 10 minutes walk to bars and restaurants. The Hiper Dino supermarket and a small bakery are 5 minutes and both are great. Small complaints - during the second week a lot more English visitors arrived and the pool sunbed wars began! It was all very relaxed until then, no issues getting a sunbed mid morning. Well, once the English were there - before it even opened at 9am, they were running for the beds and even throwing towels on them. Was a little embarrassing actually. So we didn’t go to the pool our last 2 days as couldn’t be bothered with that! The fact the apartments are non-smoking indoors could be made clearer as someone below or next to our bedroom was smoking in their apartment for three days - we did report this and either the staff sorted it, or they just stopped. The apartments include steep stairs so might not be suitable for everyone. But these are minor complaints. It’s a fantastic place to stay and the staff are absolutely amazing. They deserve a pay rise!! Highly recommend. Corralejo is such a lovely place, plenty going on but not too busy."
