The hotel staff are away friendly and helpful if you want to laugh by the pool yan from the entertainment team will do that for you the pool bar manned by lots of great people but kinga has a great smile and makes some great cocktails. The house maids do such a great job in keeping the apartment clean. The sun beds are laid out very well we managed to get 2 not far away from are apartment and used them most of thev2 weeks it's q0 minutes away from the shops but the main shops and restaurants are about 20to 30 minutes away or reception will call a taxi for you that costs about £5.

My friend and I stayed at the arena beach hotel for a week we stayed in room 104 the hotel was clean and spotless the room was lovely and beds comfortable. The food was very nice and we had different cuisines every night the drinks very good. We were all inclusive. The staff were lovely and took great care of us and entertainment was really good all in all it was an amazing girly holiday thank you to all the staff for making it a wonderful holiday I would definitely go again

Went here for a family holiday this May and for the most part I really enjoyed our stay. The staff are all very friendly. My 4 year old boy loved the kids disco. The rooms are a good size and kept clean. You can book the shower room for free on your last day for convenience if your transfer is later on in the afternoon so you can still enjoy the pool and other facilities and make the most of your day. A few negatives were that the rooms were a bit dated, the hair dryer didn’t work, the lock on the patio door was faulty… our air conditioning didn’t work properly when we first arrived but when we reported it the hotel fixed it promptly and gave us a fan too. The faulty door wasn’t fixed whilst we were there so don’t know if they were waiting on a new part. You do have to pay a 1 euro deposit for a glass for your drinks in the pool area but you get it back at the end and tbh I agree with a hotel trying to be more environmentally friendly. Over all I was pleased with my stay

This was our 2nd visit to this hotel. Don’t really revisit hotels but as we had such a lovely experience when we were there in 2019 we decided to come back . I must say it was even better the 2nd time around. All off the staff from young lady on reception to the cleaners were all so helpful. Good food, good animation. What more can I say will definitely be back soon.

Where do I start, we have just returned home from a family holiday for 6 nights at Arena beach. - when we arrived a travel cot and water was waiting for us, lovely touch - food was REALLY good for an all inclusive they had grilled duck and ribs one of the days. The morning pancakes were a winner - My children took a liking to Jan the entertainer, he was so funny and brilliant with the kids. The kids literally cried on his 2 days off 😂 but even when he wasn't working he'd come say hi. - the hotel was clean, tidy and all the staff made a special effort to make us welcome. - The guests were all so friendly and as it's quite a small resort you get talking to everyone. I will be back as the kids (and us) loved every minute Thanks all! Millie and Finns parents 🥰

I love this hotel, Excellent in every way, we both had a very much needed relaxing week at Arena Beach, Room, Food and Facilities exceptional, what it really comes down in the success of this hotel is the staff, they are all amazing, Arena Beach provides a holiday atmosphere that money can’t buy, peace, fun and relaxation, going to book again for later this year, love it

Great beds , clean rooms . Staff are 5 star , nothing is too much trouble . Whole hotel was spotless ! Nice quiet area of town with a 15 minute wander to the bright lights, and right on the dunes as well. A really great place to unwind , explore Corralejo and the island.
