The hotel is around 30mins from the airport.
Room was nice and tidy - premium junior suite
Nice infinity pool on the roof.
Food was amazing, there was something different everyday.
I highly recommend and will stay again.

This was our second visit to this hotel and we enjoyed it as much as the first time: the only slight disappointment was the view from our balcony which was just overlooking waste land, unfortunately we couldn’t be moved as the hotel was busy; if I was to go again I would make sure to book a room that has a pool view

Estancia familiar perfecta en apartamento a pie de piscina , ideal para niños . Ambiente muy tranquilo y agradable , camas súper cómodas , descanso absoluto por la noche, no hay ruidos . Todas las instalaciones súper limpias , bufet completo con frutas , carne , pescado ….. sin duda repetiremos .

Second time here in 4 months. Had a junior superior suite- massive room (3001). Beds comfy , lovely shower in clean room. It also had aircon. No patio door to front where chair and table was. It’s also near the evening entertainment area and bit noisy until 11.00am if you want an early night. Evening entertainment- some great singers from South Africa. Plenty of sun beds around pool but usual lot putting towels down early. We went half board and the food was really good quality. My wife never eats much and ate loads! Breakfast time often busy . Drinks in bar good value only 3 Euros for big glass of wine. Not enough seating in the indoor part of bar. The Zen rooftop bar area with infinity pool can be hit and miss. One day lovely and quiet with soothing music, next day load of gobby guests talking all day about themselves with no consideration for others. So no Zen like experience.The bar staff Carmenal,Sergio and Hara all great. Cleaners and restaurant staff spot on. Couple of young staff need more training.Definitely go back again.

Bob on reception absolutely made our stay, free upgrade during check in and really helped us regarding our late check out request! All the staff were amazing from the restaurant buffet, animation guys and the waiter at the pool bar, all very welcoming. The food in the restaurant was good, the best English sausages I’ve probably found at an all inclusive hotel. Only thing I would say is when things run out they do not top them up quick enough and they sit empty for quite a while. The hotel was clean and quiet, very easy to get a good sleep. Airr-con in the room was fab and the location was good, a bit of a walk from the main area but we didn’t mind this. We always went out for dinner and got a taxi back which cost around 5/6€. Would stay again at this hotel and would recommend to anyone.

The hotel and facilities were great, the star were great in the pool and entertainment team were fantastic , the restaurant staff were helpful and efficient . The only downside was the end of holiday courtesy this needs to be improved as the provided facilities are not adequate and did not meet the standards you normally get at other hotels we have stayed with in the area.,

Great hotel, amazing staff We are halfway through a week long trip. Junior suite (room 223 great spot) given a free upgrade for the rooftop bar, nice touch Food is really good, we’re on AI, don’t normally go for AI but spot on so far. The staff are great, good fun and great attitude.
