Atlantic Garden Beach Mate

Good place to lay your head a bit far out of town from Corralejo and the wifi was atrocious but it had everything essential you need

This is the third time we have stayed here.stayed in apartment 283 .when moved in the inside toilet door handle was loose , the toaster was broken ,the patio doors were needing lubricated as partner struggled to open .then we had alot of ants ,so had to have everything in fridge.then then the outside toilet door handle came loose .the last straw was we came back to apartment to find or door lying open .reported the toilet door handle ants and toaster to reception first day .got a spray for ants and new toaster .the staff are really friendly and there are always plenty sun loungers.the apartments are getting a bit tired looking and could be doing with some essential maintenance. We are back over in Oct but unfortunately we will need to go elsewhere

Apartments were clean and tidy , fresh towels and bed linen every time you want , been coming here for few years and yes the apartments are starting to look a bit tired and require some upgrading - gardens and pool areas are well maintained and easy access to the town and restaurants

Stay at the Atlantic Garden Beach was okay. Villa/apartment size was good and the property is a 5-minutes walk from the centre of Correljo. The property is dated and not super clean: floors were swept/vacuumed but not washed and there were tiny ants in the kitchen.

Been visiting complex for 7 years off and on, now looking very tired. Lots of broken (black ones) sun loungers at bottom pool. Pool finishing now looking tired. WiFi is terrible. Lots of apartments are now private and get the impression that the Land Owners (Beachmate) are not as fussed with the complex. For the first time feel disappointed that we are staying here. Pool bar opening hours now reduced.

Atlantic Gardens Corralejo is a lovely place, we are so glad we chose to stay there. The staff are all welcoming and caring, Valentina on reception makes you feel the resort is delighted that you have arrived and sets the tone for your visit in such a happy way. The rest of the staff are cheerful and positive too. All day every single day the whole place is cleaned, apartments are cleaned, bedding and towels changed, the gardens are trimmed and maintained. The resort is kept immaculate and very comfortable. The staff never stop looking after the place and the guests. It's a joy to be there. The pools are clean and filtered 24/7, with an attendant there and keeping the pools and sun furniture clean and nicely arranged all day. There's a nice bar/cafe by the poolside, everything you need. There's a free book exchange, which guests can use, a nice touch. The shopping centre two minutes walk away has a great supermarket, clothes shops, cafes and bars, all are spotlessly clean and cared for by staff that have pride in their work. They are so good that there is little need to look elsewhere. The main touristy shopping street is a short walk away, as are the beaches and other attractions of Corralejo. We recommend a walk to Chris' Kitchen restaurant, we had lovely food there. The Slow Boat Chinese restaurant is great value and serves delicious meals too. We were very happy at Atlantic Gardens, it's welcoming, comfortable, relaxing, beautifully maintained and a really lovely place for a holiday. We would heartily recommend it to anyone.

On arrival the sliding doors to our patio wouldn’t lock a maid was in there trying her best. She radioed for a handyman. The toilet didn’t flush. Chico arrived within 5 minutes and saved the day! The apartment on closer inspection. Was tired looking and bare. A shelf was clinging to the wall by a thread. The sofa had a rip in it from front to back. We also had free insects greeting us in the breakfast bar. We’ve stayed here before and will not be returning. Disappointed!

Had a great time at Atlantic Gardens. Lovely spacious apartments with everything you will need for self catering. Cleaned every day if needed and to a high standard. A short walk to the beach and centre and a 2 min walk to a lovely shopping area with eateries and a fab supermarket. The 3 pools were great and swimmable in February. Friendly reception staff. There is an on site tourist shop if uou want to book a trip ir car which is very handy. Lovely location and was v chilled and relaxing there. No entertainment when we were there but didnt need it.

poor cleaning and inadequate towel changes failed to refill soap cleaner second time only a 10 min quick part brush up and mop floor not as was 12months ago mold in shower A full inspection shoed that cleaning was poor hand rails dusty glass shelves stained
