Best Hotels near Chaplin＇s World, Corsier-sur-Vevey

Mit unserer 3 Monat alten Tochter waren wir nach Genf unterwegs und haben einen Halt in Vevey eingeplant. Parkplätze befinden sich direkt vor dem Hotel und kosten etwas. Unser Zimmer war sehr gross, hell und sauber. Ein Babybett wird auf Anfrage zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Hotel befindet sich leider nicht im Zentrum von Vevey und zu Fuss wäre es zu weit. Es gibt ein Restaurant im Hotel, welches wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Wasser aus einer Quelle kann man kostenlos selber auffüllen im Hotelgang. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Very nice, good location, right in the heart of the city, big rooms and full facilities. Most importantly, there are slippers, there are slippers, there are slippers! !! Throughout the trip, there were 11 hotels in the three countries, and they had slippers lol, which is very important. It's close to the train station. We left the train 10 minutes before leaving. We went out, checked out, dragged our luggage to the platform, and waited 5 minutes for the train to arrive. Anyway, highly recommended

The hotel is very close to the Vevey train station, a five-minute walk, and it feels not part of the main street, so it is quite clean. Check-in and check-out can be done by computer self-service, so even if you need to check out very early, there is no problem. The kitchen utensils are all Joseph Joseph's, and they also offer oil, salt and pepper. It's also convenient to make simple dishes yourself. The bathroom has a clothes rail with a drying function, like. Overall, I am very satisfied, if I have a chance to go next time, I will still choose it!

The room was desolate and dirty, there were several pieces of furniture that were broken (toilet chair, fridge), the water couldn't drain, the floor is scratchy and uncomfortable to walk on, so we only walked in the rooms with shoes, the fridge was also broken... I've never felt so uncomfortable in a hostel as during the days I spent there. The pictures on the website give an unrealistic picture and do NOT correspond to reality at all. In addition, the street was very noisy during the day and at night, so that I had trouble sleeping. The view from the window was a dirty roof terrace. When I reported all these points to the servant, he seemed to be essentially uninterested and then said the boss was on vacation. Worst hostel ever and just plain rude!
