Cleanliness: The room is very clean
Facilities: Indoor swimming pool and hot spring pool
Environment: Very quiet and feels good. There is a Wal-Mart 300 meters west of the hotel. The tax on Cortez is 7.35%, which is not bad.
Service: The service attitude is great, the waiters are very nice, and the breakfast is also good

Super clean and spacious rooms. Beds are pretty comfortable and my kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Certain sides of the hotel provide you with amazing mountain views. Large breakfast area as well. The front desk staff was also super friendly and helpful.

Jacuzzi was broken. The pool was cold and no clean towels. Having Dish on the tv was nice. The front clerk was very nice.

Spacious room. Towel is soft. Staff is friendly. Breakfast has plenty of variety. Overall a nice stay.
