"Conveniently located 15 min away from the entrance to Mesa Verde Nat Park, the hotel is good for one night stay. The included breakfast was ok (waffles, apples, cereal, pastries, coffee, yogurt). The rooms are quite small with no wardrobe; the toilet is tiny. Overall a functional stay - staff were amicable."

"I booked this hotel and I was not able to get there. I called to cancel and although they say they speak Spanish, no one could help me in my language. I tried speaking a little English to say that I wanted to cancel the reservation or change it at the same hotel in Gallup. Communication was impossible and they hung up on me. I made the cancellation process through Trip and I have not had a response. I had to make another reservation in Gallup."

Room 323 and 325 assigned for our group, but we recognized that we can't stay here right after opened the room door.due to the dust and strong smell from the construction. A front desk staff, Celeste accepted our problems and full refund through trip.com. Cancellation number which was given by her is 78369284. We moved a next hotel, Baymond by Wyndham Cortez and made new reservation two rooms through trip.com."

"A completely run-down dump. The access door was so warped that it could only be opened and closed with force. The bedspread was full of stains and holes. The lamp above the bed was barely hanging on, and the toilet paper holder had completely fallen out of the wall. The entire decor was completely worn out."

"The room was adequate if not a bit Spartan feeling with its vinyl plank floors. The free breakfast was above average and pretty tasty. The rolling chair for the computer desk had water (or worse?) stains on it. The room was part of a two-story building yet, my room 213, was in a partial basement about 4 feet below ground level. The problem with the two-story building is that there was inadequate parking space next to the building and the parking for a one-story part of the motel across from the 2-story was mostly handicapped parking. The bathroom was clean and functional."
