"The room was spacious, opposite the yacht marina, the room we were given did not have a terrace. Maybe it would be more appropriate to stay in a room on the side, a room with a terrace to sit is even better!"

"I booked this hotel and I was not able to get there. I called to cancel and although they say they speak Spanish, no one could help me in my language. I tried speaking a little English to say that I wanted to cancel the reservation or change it at the same hotel in Gallup. Communication was impossible and they hung up on me. I made the cancellation process through Trip and I have not had a response. I had to make another reservation in Gallup."

"The comfortable hotel in this small town has a lobby decorated in an indigenous style. The rooms are well-designed and comfortable, with soft bedding. The breakfast, though simple, is complete. There's also a heated swimming pool, which is great. The nearby Cantonese restaurant, Ocean Pear, has a friendly owner and delicious food."

"A completely run-down dump. The access door was so warped that it could only be opened and closed with force. The bedspread was full of stains and holes. The lamp above the bed was barely hanging on, and the toilet paper holder had completely fallen out of the wall. The entire decor was completely worn out."
