Very good experience staying at the Retro Inn. Great selection of breakfast and friendly staff. The motel gives you a vibe of the 1970s, which was very cool. And they also have ping pong table, chess set, and many more. Highly recommended

Loved the retro vibe that is carried throughout the motel. Rooms were clean and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was appreciated. Although we did not use it, there is a games room. Easy to find as it is on the main road. Staff were pleasant.

The Retro Inn exceeded our expectations for a 2 star motel. The uniqueness of each room was cool along with interesting options including outdoor chess, billiard/games area. The food was exceptional. The room was very clean and well made. The host made an excellent dinner recommendation - Farm Bistro. We would go back again if we travel through Cortez.

Retro Inn was great! It's in a good location, beds are comfortable, big, clean rooms, fun decor in both rooms, grounds and common areas. Good continental breakfast, friendly staff, reasonable prices and well maintained. It exceeded our expectations. What a gem!

This place is a "trip" - I would advise you to stay there. It is all Retro from the 1950s and 1960s. It is not fancy but it is fun. Of all of the motels and hotels you will stay on your vacation, this is probably the one that will stick in your memories because it is quaint. The people are nice and they are very accommodating. The breakfast may not be as upscale as a chain hotel's, but it is good. Try it -you will like it!
