Staff was very friendly and rooms were clean. Facility looks like an apartment building converted into a hotel. Did what they could to update but are limited. If you're just looking for a place to sleep and get breakfast quick, it's a good spot.

Receptionist was extremely rude and followed me out to my car to continue to harass me after she said it was basically my job to announce myself to her when I was waiting. Then she refused to refund me bc she was upset. Don’t be a receptionist if you can’t acknowledge guests. Worse experience of my trip.

This was a wonderful place to stay! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean with a very comfortable bed. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Cortez Colorado!!!

Site unseen it was ok. No carts for moving luggage. Noisy ice machine just down the hall. Breakfast was good except that bagel was hard and apple was old.
