The service and flexibility that Monastero provided was beyond all expectations. We had a non refundable rate booked for last year, due to illness I was forced to cancel. They immediately offered a credit which was unexpected but really appreciated. From the moment of booking until the end of our stay the staff were amazing. The hotel itself is located in a very central part of Cortona but feels worlds away in the beautiful garden and pool area. We stayed in the Bellevue suite and it was delightful. Everything about our stay at the Monastero was perfect and we will definitely return soon.

Cura del cliente e dei particolari, location unica e servizio eccellente. Ristorazione curata e di livello. Spa molto ben gestita. Cosa dire, il posto giusto dove rilassarsi. Nel periodo caldo c, è piscina esterna. La struttura è a 5 minuti dalla piazza centrale di Cortona

This is a wonderful hotel. All the staff were so friendly, helpful and professional in every respect. The restaurant and quality of food was wonderful - such a relaxing and comfortable dining room. I'd rate it as one of the best for breakfast that I have experienced. We spent a week at the hotel and would have been quite happy to have stayed longer. We dined out in highly rated restuarants in Cortona but none were better that the hotel restaurant.

Wish we could have stayed longer! This hotel was fantastic. It was beautiful and they staff was so nice and accommodating. Next time we go to Cortona, we will stay here again!

The most amazing stay! Literally the best hotel in Cortona. Such a short walk to the city center. My boyfriend and I had the most incredible time, our only regret was that our stay was so short. The staff really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great trip. I can’t wait to return! The view from the hotel was INCREDIBLE!
