Ugly single room on the top floor. It was as if she lived in a dovecote. It’s not even like that, something between a dovecote and a cell. Small dark room with a view of the wall. The bed is like I'm in a barracks. Everything is uncomfortable. There is no stand for the suitcase. The View Room is only open for breakfast. Maybe there are better rooms. But I don't recommend a single room.

My family and I were able to spend one night at the lovely Hotel Italia. The hotel is reminiscent of "old" Italy. The decor was lovely and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk woman made a dinner reservation for us and also arranged for a taxi to pick us up at the train station. She went over and above. The hotel rates are very reasonable and the breakfast that was included was excellent! I would definitely recommend.

Properly became a hostel without informing me, at night the entrance had drunk men making it uncomfortable. Noisy hallways and banging doors. Breakfast is no longer included but websites continue to say it is. I would not recommend this to anyone over 24

The perfect hotel to stay in the historic area of Cortona where you can walk to everything. The staff was delightful and helpful. Totally recommend.

It's located right next to Piazza della Repubblica. It's a hilly town, but once you get to Piazza Garibaldi by bus, it's convenient because you just have to go through the main street, which is the only flat road. The hotel staff are friendly, and it's a lovely hotel renovated from an old mansion.

Excellent location, in the center of Cortona, in a historic building, the staff is very courteous and attentive to customer needs. Just a very small tip: a mini bar in the room for some fresh water. Absolutely recommended
