Posto incantevole. Vacanza con un cane di grossa taglia e un gatto, siamo stati accolti con cortesia e disponibilità. L'appartamento era delizioso, pulitissimo e dotato di ogni comfort. I nostri animali sono stati i benvenuti e il cane ha potuto usufruire anche di una bella area di sgambamento oltre al bellissimo e curatissimo giardino. Esperienza da rifare!

Ho scelto il monastero invogliato dalle foto su internet dove si vede un posto bello, siamo arrivati e abbiamo trovato un posto bellissimo, molto curato e il personale molto attento a mettere da subito il cliente a proprio agio, si vede la voglia di fare bene e soprattutto la passione per il proprio lavoro. Ho promesso di tornare molto presto, e sono sicuro di mantenere la promessa perché questo posto crea emozioni e ti lascia qualcosa di bello nella mente e nel cuore. Stayed here with my son and girlfriend for 11 nights. Amazing place, beautiful, authentic, super friendly staff and a great relaxed atmosphere. Located in the countryside, but close to the supermarket and of course Cortona (only a 5 minute ride uphill). Also a good spot to visited the Lago Trasimeno, Val d'Orcia, Arezzo and so on. Highly recommended!!

Insieme a mia moglie abbiamo scoperto questa struttura un po’ per caso su internet, incuriositi dalle foto abbiamo prenotato per le vacanze (siamo tornati proprio oggi). La location è davvero bella con giardino e piscina private per gli ospiti, il nostro appartamento Pisae è davvero grazioso e funzionale, ci siamo trovati bene! Il centro città di Cortona è a 3/4 km in salita quindi è necessaria la macchina ma questo non per forza è una cosa negativa, infatti alla location si respira un clima di pace e relax anche per questa distanza. La titolare Amata è una persona gentile e ben disponibile, i nostri giorni sono stati molto piacevoli..

Very well restored old monastery. Exceptional building. Lots of space inside. Very useful little kitchenette. Private outdoor space appreciated. We really enjoyed the swimming pool, especially after a long day of walking exploring the most beautiful village: Cortona.

Posto meraviglioso, è stata un’esperienza da ripetere. Siamo una famiglia ci due bambini piccoli (4-6 anni) e al monastero abbiamo trovato spazio, riservatezza, spazi ampi ma anche aree attrezzate (parco giochi) e una splendida piscina, che i bambini hanno adorato. C’è un parcheggio privato. La camera Sienae in cui abbiamo alloggiato è stupenda.

Amata is the manager. She speaks very good English. She is professional, yet very welcoming and friendly. Amata made sure we were comfortable and had everything to make our stay perfect.
My husband and I spent two weeks in one of the lovely apartments. He came for work and I came to keep him company. The apartment, a 2 bedroom 1 bath, was roomy and comfortable. The AC and the heat both worked well.
All of the apartments have their own outdoor area for alfresco dining. The grounds are grassy and inviting with bbqs, and the pool area is gated with our own designated loungers.
The location was perfect for us! My husband had a car for his work nearby. There is ample onsite parking. A grocery store is less than a mile away. It’s a short drive into Cortona. We drove to Cortona most evenings to walk around, shop, etc.
We loved Cortona, and our stay at Monestero San Silvestro. We would definitely stay again! We even made some new friends!!
