We had just checked in to our room when, a knock at the door, someone was bringing us more towels and toiletries. A few minutes later, another knock, and he was back with coffee! A very welcoming experience. Clean. Well located. the bathroom was nice; although it could benefit from some counter space. The room, likewise, was clean and felt comfortable. We were in room 304 and the window shade wasn't quite long enough for the window so we were disturbed by the street light, but otherwise, a nice room. The breakfast was inferior to others we had in hotels in Türkiye, although it was adequate and oftentimes had a soup which was a nice change. The staff was attentive.
