This is what all 5* hotels should aspire to. Absolutely first class, excellent service and food, wonderful friendly staff and we had a beautiful sea view junior suite. The grounds are well kept and lush and the pool area is relaxing with a little treat morning and afternoon served by the waiters, this was truly appreciated. It was mine and my husband’s birthday when we were there and although we didn’t tell them we both received a gorgeous cake, bottle of Prosecco and a gift. I presume the found our dates of birth from our passports. It was a lovely touch. Our suite was lovely, always kept clean by the wonderful staff. A special mention to the pool staff who always made sure we got a sun lounger exactly where we wanted. We will return very soon.

Just returned home from this fantastic hotel second visit this year. From the minute you walk through the doors you are greeted with warmth and smiling faces. A drink of your choice and bellboy takes you to your gorgeous room. Upgraded to Star Prestige that we find is well worth the money. Isabella our butler does a fantastic job so a big shout out to her. Breakfast buffet is superb wide choice to suit all. Fantastic service once again. Paolo on reception is simply the best a great asset to the hotel. Carla in management there are not enough words to describe how fantastic a job she does. From the rooms to the restaurants, pool and bar area you will not find better. Can’t wait for next year.. Excellent hotel. Very kind and friendly staff. Beautiful spacious and nice furnitured rooms with huge and comfortable beds. Fantastic breakfast and amazing dinner with many varieties of dish. Stunning interior and wondefful exterior.

The hotel is the very best 5 Star Adults Only we’ve been to. All the staff without exception are so good. Particular mention for Tiziana, also the room maids Angela, also reception Paulo and also the pool staff and waiters. The choice of food at breakfast and in the evening is stunning. We are returning next year for our 5th time! 😁

We visit this wonderful hotel every year because the experience in our opinion is quite unique. Relaxation starts when you walk through the beautiful reception area and are greeted by friendly , welcoming staff. We had a beautiful room on the 5th floor overlooking the sea which was even more amazing this year watching the big waves crash on the nearby beach. We are morning people and love a long relaxing breakfast trying many different types of food while taking in the happy atmosphere. We live a fairly hectic life ( like many people) so deep felt relaxation on the sunbeds by the pool is important. The pool area overlooking the sea is very tranquil and is great for just chilling out. The pool attendants who are so efficient , friendly with great charm. The refreshing cocktails served late morning are a welcome delight before lunch. We love the evening dining event and the selection of food on offer as there is always something new to experience. The staff are so friendly and thoughtful and make the whole dining atmosphere so special. The whole El Mirador ethos is supported by a fabulous management team who take time to chat and offer advice where required. We would like to thank all staff and particularly Carla and Isobel.

Fantastic service and amazing location. I normally do not like resorts but this was lovely. Quiet and fuss free. I would say best thing about this place are the staff and hospitality. Friendly and humble. Prefer this type to stuffy and wooden. Clientele, older and mostly European. Would have liked more of a mix to liven place up a bit.
