Stayed for 10 nights from 9th September in a Level Junior Suite Sea View room. Received a very warm welcome from Irene and Felipe and although the room wasn't quite ready we were offered drinks in the level lounge until it was. Room was a good size and very clean with excellent views. Stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and really enjoyed the breakfast in the level lounge. Lisbet was very friendly and Nelson worked very hard. We preferred to walk to La Caletta in the evening which took about 25 minutes but it is a long slog back up the hill to the hotel! Premium spirits were expensive (Tanqueray 10 Gin and tonic + Absolut Vodka and lemonade 26 Euros) however beer was reasonable. Evening entertainment was pretty good so we stayed in the hotel a few nights. Yes there are a lot of steps from top to bottom but it burns off the calories! Enjoyed the drinks and snacks in the level lounge and also the pool area so felt the cost of the upgrade was well worth it. All in all we really enjoyed it and would recommend this hotel.

Ich war das erste mal im Jahre 2023 mit meinem Partner in dem Hotel. Wir wurden super nett empfangen. Das Hotel macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck und ist stets bemüht den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten. Bademantel und Pantoffeln gab es dazu. Ich persönlich war überrascht über die Rituals Duschgele in der Dusche und am Waschbecken. Wir hatten ein normales Standard Zimmer, was vollkommen ausgereicht hat. Es lag zwar unter der Kantine (Stühle rücken morgens war normal) aber ich hatte Gott sei dank Ohrstöpsel mit :-) Alles in allem waren wir super zufrieden. Dieses Jahr haben wir dasselbe Hotel gebucht. Was ein minus Punkt ist : für ein Upgrade des Zimmer will das Hotel stolze 1000€ mehr haben, was ich nicht bereit bin zu zahlen. Deshalb hoffen wir im Dezember 24‘ auf ein ebenso gutes Zimmer wie letztes Jahr. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, die Aussicht morgens auf Terrasse war ebenso genial.

Verdaderamente es un hotel con unas muy buenas instalaciones, la comodidad y el confort del hotel es justo un 5 estrella . Ahora el trato del personal deja mucho que desear sobre todo en la zona de la piscina específicamente en el restaurante, no es el trato correcto , además la agencia te lo vende como un todo incluido especialmente la agencia del corte inglés y no es así , realmente es un pensión completa , pues todo no está incluido , solo lo que ellos deciden y en los horarios que deciden , al igual que en la recepción el trato no es el adecuado de acuerdo a la información, de todo lo que acontece el hotel y sus servicios, deben ser más claros en sus ofertas y así no engañar al cliente

On arrival you'd like to think everything is going to be ok. Shower drain was full of hair, water didn't drain and overflowed. We reported to reception and had to wait until the 3rd day to get a new room. We paid alot of money for this holiday after a really busy year in the UK. We've not had issues like this before on any holiday. Staff seem OK until you report any issues, then they don't seem to care!! They tried to make us wait in reception for 4 hours until our new room was ready. Wouldn't stay or recommend this hotel due to the inconvenience caused. Definitely not a 5star hotel. Absolutely disappointed and wouldn't stay here for half the price we paid.

Voor ons de eerste en laatste keer dat we dit hotel boeken, het enige pluspunt dat we kunnen meegeven is dat de jonge keuken equipe het super doet hetgeen van de bediening niet kan gezegd worden. Een all-in is hier smeken voor een t****e glas wijn. De bediening doet of ze je niet gezien hebben. In de bar aan de lobby is de bediening helemaal ondermaats, mensen die geen all-in hebben worden direct op hun wenken bediend, maar de mensen met een all-in bandje worden genegeerd. Na twee dagen waren de handdoeken op de kamer nog niet ververst, het beloofde bijvullen van de mini bar werd niet gedaan. Wij hebben ook nog eens de tegenslag van een kamer te hebben die boven de keuken ligt en frontaal op een buitenterras waar er elke avond tot laat live muziek is. Eén zanger valt best mee maar een rockband is er gewoon over. Het positieve is dat ons verblijf in dit hotel er bijna opzit. De kok en zijn team verrichten wonderen in de keuken en verdienen een dikke 10 op 10 maar de bediening is schandalig.

Una vez más volvemos a confiar en el equipo del Hotel Jardines del Teide, nos sentimos súper felices de volver a ver a Ana Paula y Yurima, nos hacen querer repetir más a menudo por lo maravillosas que son. Recomiendo el hotel a todo el mundo, si quieren un trato personalizado y sentirse especiales. Es nuestro paraíso.

This was our second stay here and we will definitely be returning for a third. A wonderful location and building, clean and well looked after. The staff are very professional and friendly. We were very impressed with Angelica in the Mosaico restaurant. She made us feel very welcome and along with Isel we really appreciated their service. Jose and Nicolo at the pool bar were also outstanding team members that made us happy and welcome everyday. Thank you all for a wonderful holiday. Noel & Sue from 112 (ciento doce)

What a lovely hotel, staff were fab, the highlight each day was breakfast outside on the terrace - food and views outstanding The hotel is built in way that it didn’t feel big, lots of different areas and bars Would come back again, it’s near enough to walk to beach and town but far enough away that it’s private

Sin duda 5 estrellas muy merecidas. El hotel es muy bonito y tranquilo, tiene todos los servicios necesarios y detalles en cada rincón, como los productos de la marca ritual, que encuentras no solo en la habitación, sino en cada baño del hotel. El servicio Level merece la pena para completar una estancia perfecta y sobre todo, lo que más destacaría, es el maravilloso servicio que realiza su personal. Nos trataron inmejorablemente bien, nos sentíamos como reinas en todo momento, pero sobre todo quiero destacar la atención de José en la recepción principal, la de Irene y Ana Paula en la recepción del Level y la de Ramón en la piscina de la zona Level, que nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Sin duda, volveremos lo antes posible. Mil gracias
