Wow fantastic hotel everything spotless clean all staff amazing we had a beautiful week in your hotel can't recommend enough we defo be bk our first adult only great app for sunbeds lots of good food & entertainment & drinks close to beach staff are a credit to hotel

Absolutely outstanding hotel and fantastic holiday. All staff from the receptionist when we checked in to the restaurant and bar staff were so helpful, friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Small things we loved: the fact your wrist band was your room key (saves that fumbling around to find your room key each time!), the web app they use to book sunbeds/activities (some people have commented negatively about this but we loved it and made life easier), the “courtesy room” you can use for free to get showered/changed after you check out and before you get picked up for transfer (we didn’t get picked up til 6pm so that was a life saver to allow us to enjoy the pool/sunbeds all day whilst still being able to be fresh for our flight home). We went half-board as we’re not fans of all-inclusive (we would have loved an option for B&B but that doesn’t seem to be available at this hotel) and can say the breakfast was amazing. Loads of choice, all freshly cooked, things like omelettes made to order and you could even have Prosecco/champagne! A nice little surprise was the fact we were permitted two dinners in the a-la-carte “One” restaurant during the course of our stay. Food here was great and the fact it was part of the half-board package was great. Loads of choice on drinks across all the bars and all reasonably priced if you’re paying like we did. Overall couldn’t recommend this place enough and we will definitely rebook here when we come back to Tenerife.

The hotel was lovely & staff where amazing restaurant waiters& waitresses couldn’t do enough for you & reception staff were very helpful if we needed any information .The food was beautiful especially in a la cart restaurant .We always had a clean room every day & towel change if needed ,The entertainment team where always busy getting everyone involved in the game & the evening entertainment was amazing we hardly had to leave the hotel .

Just back after a 7 night stay at this hotel. Hotel is stunning a really relaxed cool vibe. We hired the pool bed everyday and it was brilliant. The food is pretty standard nothing wrong with it but nothing spectacular. I do feel that this hotel leans more towards all inclusive than half board. We arrived late after a delayed flight and there was nothing to eat not even a sandwich we were directed to a vending machine or to go out to eat we were then given a vouched for lunch on our last day as we had missed a meal even though I explained we wouldn’t be here for lunch on the last day due to the timing of our flight home. Was odd to discover that the all inclusive guests who arrived at the same time had a picnic box. The area is amazing and hotel its self is stunning loads of sun-beds easy to book. Not much encounters with staff but by far the friendliest and most helpful was James on reception. All in all a good week just a few tweaks and it would of been perfect

Just got back from a 10 day stay at the Princess inspire resort. Great looking hotel with friendly staff especially Nacho and the lifeguard. Lots of steps as others have mentioned but there are lifts if you don't want to use the steps or are unable to. All inclusive ends at 11 but news bar close by is still open at that time. wifi was spotty and not always working which made using the app not always reliable. If you want your bedding changed you have to put a note on your bed but no one told us this we found out by chance on our second to last day. Food in the buffet restaurant was plentiful and OK but it was very samey for both lunch and dinner so after a week was bored with it and wanted something different. Dinner in "the one" restaurant was a bad experience. A group of 6 of us who all ordered steak not one of them was cooked properly all of them were at least rare and 1 was what I would call blue (it had just been shown the pan) and was meant to be medium rare (the rest were meant to be medium well). Mushroom sauce was good. Service was not with a smile as the waitress looked miserable and they cleared the table whilst people were still eating. Then walked away whilst one of the group was trying to complain. Had booked another meal for this restaurant but after the first meal we cancelled it and ate out of the hotel (restaurant Martini - faultless restaurant can't recommend enough and walking distance to the hotel. Loved the all inclusive band that was also your room key very handy.

The hotel was absolutely amazing the food was gorgeous and the staff right through the hotel were fantastic 5 star service from every member of staff. Great entertainment and everything you wish for is done so smoothly. Very clean and modern right through the whole hotel

Beautiful clean hotel with so many areas to relax with a wide variety of chairs to rest and enjoy the sunshine, very low key entertainment ends at 11pm as does the AI but perfect for us. We have done the sister hotel and think this one is more for 30 plus where the sister hotel for young adults with more going on till late, however the restaurant for the upgraded rooms needs looking at the food is of a poor standard and most the time we left to eat in the food hall this alone is not worth the upgrade to the suites, but areas of sunbeds are better and more space with private bar. We had a Royal Suite which was stunning the views were of the whole hotel but not sure why the mini bar was not re filled for free in the room if so expensive, Would we return yes of course 100% the hotel is spacious with a relaxed feel, staff are very attentive and helpful, the hotel is spotless and the location perfect. I would recommend book independently with free cancellation offer you can get a taxi outside the airport to the hotel for around 30 euros.

Just returned from a relaxing 7 day stay in a Esencia Junior Suite as a couple. We stayed in a room on the 9th floor overlooking the lovely scenery of Tenerife. The room was clean and well furnished. The only negative would be the power of the rainfall shower being low however the hand held shower was more than powerful enough. The mini bar was stocked with a good variety of drinks that were included in the room. There are lots of steps in the hotel but there is lift access to all floors if needed. The food was excellent for each meal with plenty of options each day including some themed evenings. We ate once at the One Restaurant where the main course was chosen from a menu, this was lovely and a nice change of pace from the buffet. Breakfast in the One Restaurant was also nice. The staff are fantastic and worked hard and always had a smile on their face. The waiters at the 1999 Cocktail Bar where we spent most of our evenings were particularly good - Nacho and Angelo were always friendly, helpful, and made you feel very welcome. The app used to navigate the hotel and the activities, services etc was very easy to use. The sun bed booking system was fantastic and made the start of each morning more relaxing. The sun beds and Bali beds were very comfortable to spend a day reading in the sun. The Esencia upgrade included a free 90 minute use of the spa which has a sauna, steam room, and a pool. I would highly recommend the hotel. Overall we had a fantastic holiday in a lovely location and are already making plans to return next September.

Everything in this hotel was brilliant and I will be holidaying here again Thanks to all the staff who were all attentive and brilliant. Evening entertainment was aimed at all ages ,and food and drink was second to none .Rooms spacious, free safes and free drinks in fridge when you arrive.
