Beautiful Hotel , nothing to fault at all , we stayed B&B , the food was lovely and lots of variety , room very nice and comfortable. Staff all friendly and helpful , my Husband had a fall and needed the hospital but Hotel called the doctor and all was sorted smoothly from there ,and they contacted us to make sure all was well the next day. We use a Mobility Scooter and the hotel is perfect for accessibility , would highly recommend.

This is our second visit back to this hotel and it didn’t disappoint! An adults only hotel that is close to the beach, shops, restaurants and markets and only a 20 min walk to Puerto Colon. It’s a quieter hotel with no music blasting at you when you are around the pool, so I would say this hotel is definitely more for relaxation than partying. The hotel is beautiful, with 2 pools , a rooftop pool and a spa to use. We went bed & breakfast again as we like to venture out at night, we also used the pool bar for some lunches which were delicious! Breakfast has a good choice of continental and hot food, with an omelette station, fruit and yogurts, cereals and pastries. This time we booked a superior twin room, which was quite large with a big bed, large bathroom with walk in shower and bath, tv and tea / coffee making facilities. The room was situated on the bottom floor with a good terrace which had 2 sun loungers and a table with 2 chairs. This faced the pool which was very handy just to nip back to your room if you needed anything. The beds were firm but comfy and we did have to ask for extra pillows which they sent us straight away. Room cleaned every day and air con was wonderful. The staff here are unbelievable, they work so hard, and are very polite and attentive. From the waiting on staff, kitchen staff, those at reception, to the gardeners and maintenance and housekeeping staff they all say hello have smiles on their face and will do anything they can to help. Overall we would definitely return to this hotel if we ever came back to Tenerife, as we would know that we would be taken care of from start to finish.

Wonderful Hotel staff smiling helpful in every way.Food very good. Only problem we had was at Breakfast were was asked coffee or tea,to this we replied tea. If we had said coffee it was brought to your table. Tea you had to line up to a machine with two small pots one for each of us. Then take another pot for milk. To me it felt like we were second class citizens. Would i recommend this Hotel 100%.

My wife and I have just returned home from an 11-night stay at the hotel on a half-board basis. This was our second visit to the hotel, following a lovely holiday there last September. On arrival we were greeted by enthusiastic staff who were genuinely pleased to see us once again. The professional approach and quality of staff extends across all aspects of the hotel including cleaning, catering and bar areas. The food is excellent quality and the wide variety at the breakfast and evening meal buffet would cater for every taste, including Coeliac (gluten intolerance). The open terrace dining area is a lovely place to enjoy both breakfast and evening meal and where evening entertainment can be enjoyed. We had a poolside room which is well appointed and spotlessly clean and cleaned each day. All-in-all a lovely hotel to enjoy a lovely part of Tenerife.

Wonderful hotel with lovely, friendly staff. Facilities are excellent and it’s in a great location. Spotlessly clean and the cleaning team are fab! It’s Definitely geared to older adults. Entertainment very ‘ mature’. We were b&b which was fine for us as we ate out most nights. We did eat in the restaurant on the 1st night and we were really disappointed. It was a buffet but didn’t seem like a lot of choice. Ended up having a plate of boiled rice and fish and a small cake after. It was 29 euro each for 3 persons, incredibly expensive for what it was. But that’s just my opinion, others may not think so. Would definitely stay here again!!!
