What a beautiful hotel. The food is amazing, the hotel & grounds are spotless. The location is perfect. And the staff are just so nice and helpful, I would like to give special mention to the bar manager, Mumon....the waiters in the Italian restaurant , Rebecca & Richard.....and Ricardo (Ricky) in the restaurant. Evening entertainment was great too, special mention to the Soul Legends guys. Thank you for a fantastic week.

absolutely perfect start to finish, will revisit, the greet, the staff, cleanliness, the rooms, pool area, pool bar, there nothing you can fault here. food is good. arrival to champagne and portered bags. just top drawer. oh and the location is great.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding service with Marciel @ the iberostar Anthelia, honestly he was so lovely from the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere that immediately made us laugh at felt valued as a customer. Every aspect of the service was executed perfectly—from the promptness of service to the cleanliness of the establishment. We had a house keeper named Silvina who we have not met. But the care & pride she has took during our stay is fantastic. Every small details we had noticed coming in after a day spent at the pool. During me & my husband’s recent stay, we spent our mornings at the pool, there is a pool bar/food and we had the pleasure of being served by a lovely waitress named Sara & Valeria and Marciel . From the moment we walked in Sara’s warm smile and contagious laugh and Valeria’s friendly demeanor made me feel right at home. With being greeted enthusiastically and how they took the time to explain the menu showing genuine passion their work. What stood out the most was their attentive nature; always checked in at just the right times, ensuring me and my husbands drink was always full and that my meal was to my liking. Sara was not only efficient but also engaging, sharing her favorite drinks like mojitos. Her positive energy and dedication to service transformed my morning into a delightful experience. It’s rare to find someone so committed to making customers feel valued, and I truly appreciated all there efforts. Overall, Juan, Sara, Valeria & Marciel made our visit memorable, and I would certainly return just to enjoy their fantastic service again I must commend the manager, Juan for their exemplary leadership. Beautiful hotel, immaculately clean, room excellent and the staff so friendly and efficient.great location right on the promenade.everything from check in to check out was smooth and hassle free. The welcome beer on arrival was a great touch after a long flight.the pool bar staff were just the best especially Sarah who was amazing.

Just returned from our 5th stay at the Anthelia. Without a doubt it is in a perfect location right on sea front with access to promenade for walks in either direction. Towards Caleta is beautiful ..the other way to Adeje is lively with bars restaurants shops but parts bit scruffy. The staff at this hotel are I am sure the friendliest of any hotel we've visited..special mention of Sara pool bar..Felipe Ela and Ines in lobby bar who always go above and beyond to make sure you have the best time! Food in buffet restaurant is best selection you'll find anywhere. Looking forward our 6th visit in January 2025!
