Villa booked for a family of 10 that included 6 adults and 4 children 5 and under. This villa is terrible, only one door key given so had to go out all together, door coming in from garage no key given to lock so anyone who wanted to get in just needed to prise open garage door, broken patio and internal floor tiles which resulted in 3 year old grandddaughter cutting foot on arrival, lamp in masterbedroom had been broken by another tenant but just left, Leaks from washing machine, sink & showers, all shower doors and panels other than beside shower have been removed but all the holes just left and the silicon sealer is still on the tiles, doors that dont lock, broken socket in bedroom, holes in sofa that has been covered by a fleece throw, pool steps loose, not enough plates,cutlery, mugs and even though advertised for children not one plastic plate or cup, part of stair rail missing so a child could fall through, advertised on website with a lift but no lift. Lots of problems with this vila that seem as if the owner has just tried to cover up instead of putting right but once you are there you cant do anything. Pictures on website are nothing like the villa itself - totally misleading to get your booking and money. Owner and company we booked villa through stopped answering my calls. Spanish Law states that there has to be complaint forms out for tenant to fill in but none were available.
