This is a stunning hotel with beautiful gardens and the building is fabulous! It has such potential to be an amazing hotel! The pool is fabulous! Downside hmm were do i start i was unable to get a sun bed for the duration of my stay and they were all so close together for comfort! The biggest downfall is the Restaurant it is total chaos trying to find a seat around 8/8.30pm is difficult! As for the food after a dodgy tummy after the first night i was very selective in what i chose! The food is generally cold so i only chose food that was being cooked by the chef in front of you which was always quite nice but was atleast warm! i encountered one or two of the staff members to be rude one at the main reception bar and one at the entertainment bar! The entertainment was cringy most of the time! As a resort it is very quiet bar one half decent beach restaurant there is nowhere else i would eat or drink! we had gorgeous weather given the rest of the canary islands had torrential rain!

Relaxing winter sun in a calm oasis. Great for families and couples of all ages. Gorgeous pools. Spa, with selected times for families. Extensive buffet eating, bars, and pool bar / food. Sun rise location. Quiet, relaxed, friendly atmosphere, perfect to escape to and unwind. Hiring a car opens up a range of outings, excursions and beaches (be aware of hire car restrictions on unsealed roads).

Vegetarians are not catered for. I asked if they could just provide one or two main protein dishes but the manager told me that they just don’t cater for vegetarians. At least she was honest with us. She told us that out of 850 people we were the only ones to complain. We can’t be the only vegetarians here surely. Apart from this the rest of the restaurant is quite impressive and the staff are very helpful.

+wundreschöne , fast traumhafte Anlage - Essenssituation. Völlig überfüllt. Überfordertes u zu wenig Personal. - - in anderen Hotels wird darauf geachtet, dass niemand mit seinem Handtuch liegen reserviert. Hier sind ab7:00 alle liegen mit Handtüchern versehen. Der Hotelleitung scheint das egal zu sein.

Hemos pasado unos días maravillosos. La verdad que el hotel es precioso. Todo el personal es muy amable y atento. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y cuidan cada detalle. Todas las instalaciones super limpias y cuidadas, los camareros y cocineros super atentos y siempre con una sonrisa. El personal de la piscina, socorristas, jardineros etc siempre saludan. La verdad que tanto a mí como a mi pareja nos a encantado el hotel. Sin ninguna duda volveremos en algún momento. 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Lovely relaxing quiet hotel in a botanic garden, attentive staff, very clean, good choice of food including vegetarian options, pool a bit cold. Civilised continental clientele, mainly German and French, no loud ****** here ! We really enjoyed the company of the well behaved, wonderful hotel cats, this hotel is a must for cat lovers !

Très bel hôtel avec beaucoup de verdure, ce qui est exceptionnel pour une île très désertique. Chambre sympathique sans balcon mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Buffet varié et bien achalandé. Petit bémol pour certains serveurs, exaspéré par le dressage des tables incessant. Il manque également des informations sur le fonctionnement de l’hôtel.

Wir wollten ein Hotel in Strandlage; in der Beschreibung stand, dass unterhalb ein kleiner Strand sei und ein weiterer in der Nähe. Beides traf nicht zu. Dort, wo unterhalb ein kleiner Strand sein sollte, war eine große Baustelle mit entsprechender Lärmbelästigung! Ein weiterer Strand war erst in Ortsnähe 1/2-Stunde entfernt, bei Flut sehr klein. Der Weg dorthin über Stock und Stein, es gibt keine Promenade. Das zur Einleitung, aber........ Das Hotel selbst ist sehr schön angelegt im Kolonialstil, Wasserfall, dreistöckiger Springbrunnen, gepflegter Garten mit tropischen Pflanzen, große Poollandschaft wirkt überwiegend sehr sauber. Bis auf die Badezimmer, alles in Marmor, jedoch mit teilweise erblindeten Spiegeln und schmutzigen und kaputten Silikonfugen, Flecken. Wegen der lauten Discothek haben wir einen Umzug in ein ruhigeres Zimmer vornehmen müssen. Im Speisesaal herrschte immer Chaos, die Tische waren nicht sauber, Besteck fehlt, morgens fehlten Tassen, Untertassen, Löffel. Es gab 6 Kaffeemaschinen, teilweise funktionierten aber nur 2 oder 3, was zu unendlichen Warteschlangen führte. Das Personal zwar freundlich aber total überfordert. Im Spa-Bereich funktionierten immer 3 bis 4 Anwendungsbereiche nicht, so das bei 10 Personen es unangenehm eng wurde. Das Essen in Buffetform war in aller Regel lauwarm. Es gibt erst eine Bushaltestelle in ca. 1,5 Kilometerentfernung. Für einen Arztbescuht blecht man 225 € plus Medikamente.
