Very satisfied with our stay in the apartments. Stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which had all the facilities we needed. Very friendly staff that answered any questions politely and helpfully. Food was good with plenty of choice although the buffet style could mean it was, on occasion, not hot enough. Good choice of pools and bars.

It was spectacular. It exceeded expectations by 200%. We loved everything. Spectacular pools. Top animation for adults and children. I recommend it and I don't have any faults to point out.

The 2 bedroom apartment was excellent. Great condition, size and facilities. The pool area was also great, but the maintenance of the pool floor tiles needs to be fixed: many tiles were missing and there were sharp edges. The kids club and evening entertainment was very good. Although my kids struggled with the club as it was almost all Spanish only speaking kids and my two kids could only speak English and Portuguese.

The stay was great, we have been on other occasions, if I must say that this time the cleanliness was far from excellent. We traveled with children and a crawling baby. And for us cleanliness is essential. The cot that we ordered by phone before arrival was not ready, but when we called again from the room, they brought it to us immediately. The refrigerator had a damaged door and it fell off my 10-month-old son once he was all inside, fortunately nothing happened to him. We notified them and they immediately gave us a refrigerator from another room. The entertainment staff was the best without a doubt.
