The Hotel is well located, in a very quiet place, even the ideal place to rest.
All hotel employees were helpful and friendly.
In my opinion, the hotel only had three problems, few products for the “All Inclusive” regime, very repetitive meals and served cakes for dessert, namely defrosted products.

The hotel was clean and pleasant. If you want a lively place, this is not for you. There is nothing much nearby - the next town is a nice 40 minute walk away and there are a few shops and restaurants. The staff are nice but the evening entertainment wasn’t brilliant but then, not everyone has the same taste. Brilliant group on first night - had a good dance but then it deteriorated after that. We were all inclusive and it was a bit confusing at first as there are a lot of drinks that you have to pay for but wine, cava, spirits etc are all included on the all inclusive. The food was the same as any other all inclusive hotel. Suggest you take an empty water bottle as there is no bottled water available - this is good though as it reduces the amount of plastic - there are plenty of water cooler machines around the hotel. We booked through Love Holidays who were not transparent about no transfers being included - funnily enough we met another couple who had experienced the same. The hotel was helpful and arranged a transfer from Seville airport but this cost £150. Whilst there, we found out about a local, very reliable taxi firm, who was much cheaper - try Flamingo Virtuoso - highly recommend. We had a nice relaxing time.

Nice hotel, clean and good service given but in middle of nowhere. All inclusive but you have to pay for snacks and ice creams at the pool bar and alcohol very small measures more like drinking just pop. Food is same every day and night and if fussy eater this hotel not for you. If you smoke remember to take plenty as nowhere to purchase them in the surrounding area. Have problems with mosquito bites take repellent as there was loads of them I'm covered. States you get kettle in room nope but if you ask at reception they did get me one within 10 minutes which I was impressed with. Entertainment a bit to be desired and doesn't start till 10pm. Plenty of sunloungers around the 2 pools. Aircon in my room was very poor even on top setting not that it was needed much as turned chilly at night. Tui rep on site a few times which I was shocked to see. Shop in hotel but very limited in what it sells. If you need to phone reception from your room it's 9 nowhere tells you that. They give you a band if all inclusive that actually opens your room very good idea don't need the card given.

O atendimento simpático e disponível. O quarto, vista do quarto, espaço exterior e piscina são fantásticos! Recomendo completamente para descansar e passar o dia na piscina 🤩 para sair do hotel recomendo Huelva para jantar pois em El Rompido estava praticamente tudo fechado e a escolha era muito limitada!

The hotel is clean, and the bedrooms are well equiped, you just have to remember to request a kettle and it is a good idea to take some coffee and powered milk. The maids do have a small supply of tea and coffee and leave small paper cups in the room for your use but it is a good idea to borrow the plastic glasses from the bar and wash and reuse as required. The food was pretty good and there is a wide selection, the only negative point is that the Spanish seem to like luke-warm food so you need to locate chef-mic on the end of the centre isle and **** everything for at least 30 seconds. The gym is practically non-existent and not really worth bothering with and the Spa and indoor pool have restricted opening times and you have to prebook so we didn't bother to try to use them. The hotel has a nice view of the beach however being at the top of a steep hill, the trek to the supermarket or ferry can be quite a challenge. The main beach is reachable by a ferry that runs once per hour and you can obtain tickets from reception. The only real disappointment is that there is a lot of rubbish on the beach and the authorities seem to make no effort to clean them. The town of Rompido is about 5 mins by car, or 15 if you hire a bike, however I would recommend trying to walk it as it is a approximately 3km. There is a very limited bus service that we didn't use and a taxi costs approximately €20 however there are none based at the hotel or in Rompido so you have to call one and that can be a challenge so best to ask at the hotel.

Descobri este maravilhoso hotel em 2022 e desde então que tenho voltado todos os anos. Pela 3ª vez, estive 6 dias aqui no mês de maio de 2024 e sem dúvida com vontade de voltar! Desde os quartos com uma decoração incrível, a limpeza diária, a comida muito saborosa e diversificada, as piscinas incríveis ou os funcionários todos muito simpáticos e prestáveis. O que eu adoro neste hotel é o facto de cada funcionário passar por nós sempre com um sorriso e cumprimentando as pessoas. Vê-se que as pessoas aqui trabalham muito para tentar sempre proporcionar o melhor a quem o visita. É sempre bom recordar algumas caras conhecidas de uns anos para os outros. Voltarei em outubro para experimentar o quarto com banheira na varanda!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. We booked a partial sea view room but were pleased to find that it was a lovely, full, panoramic sea view with the river Piedras, sand dunes and woodland as well, and in a quiet area of the hotel. Balcony was very private and we enjoyed sitting there with a drink in the evening before dinner. The cleaning was done to a high standard and towels replaced regularly and the reception, bar and restaurant staff were all very pleasant, especially the staff at the snack bar who seemed very friendly. We went half board and had lunch in the snack bar most days and really enjoyed the food there and the variety on offer, as well the draft non alcoholic San Miguel beer. The pool is beautiful with lovely views across to the sea and was large with plenty of space to swim and do lengths if you liked to, and lots of sunbeds. The hot tub wasn't really hot (!) so we didn't use that much. The spa and the thermal circuit were really lovely and we enjoyed doing that one morning during our stay. La Flecha beach is a short ferry ride away and really worth going to as it's very beautiful, sandy and secluded. We also had a lovely trip to Faro, Olhao and Tavira and a trip to Huelva with a boat too where we were picked up from the hotel. The area of El Rompido is very pretty with lots of flowers and greenery and very peaceful. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and thought it was excellent value for money and a very relaxing time away.
